🇪🇺 Primary HealthCare Malta at EFPC 2026

The European Forum for Primary Care (EFPC) Annual Conference was held in Stuttgart from 6–8 September, bringing together primary care experts from across Europe.

Primary HealthCare Malta was represented by Roberta Galea, Entity Lead for Allied Health Services, who was elected to the EFPC Advisory Board for the next three years.

👏 Dr Francesca Akanji, GP at Primary HealthCare, also presented “Reconfiguring Access in Primary Care: GP Perspectives on Appointment Clinics in Malta” during a research panel.

🇲🇹 And the exciting news… EFPC 2027 will be held in Malta!

We look forward to welcoming colleagues from across Europe as we come together to strengthen primary care and improve access to quality care for all.

It's open to EVERYONE and no registration or appointments required, just turn up and get tested.
Free, fast and confidential with results given during the appointment which takes less than 30 minutes.
The location is the newly refurbished community clinic on Triq Enrico Mizzi, Victoria; the old polyclinic NOT the main clinic by the bus station.
