Europe cannot afford to leave vulnerable young people behind.
ALMA (Aim, Learn, Master, Achieve) empowers young people who are not in employment, education, or training to build confidence, develop skills, and create sustainable pathways into society and the labour market through innovative personalised approach by combining transnational mobility experiences in another European country with tailored guidance and social support.
The ALMA Network has published a Position Paper calling for the continuation and further development of ALMA beyond the 2021–2027 programming period.
Why? Because the evidence is clear:
✔ ALMA supports young people furthest from the labour market and education
✔ It strengthens confidence, independence and social inclusion
✔ It delivers measurable results, with €1 invested generating €1.33 in social and economic value
ALMA is more than a programme. It is a proven model for social inclusion, opportunity, and lasting change across Europe.
