The CNMI Office of Grants Management (OGM) was established to allow the CNMI government, its elected officials and all agencies to assemble and engage in dialogue with regards to federal aid programs for the CNMI.

ATTENTION ALL CCERA CLIENTS!!

CCERA Update.

Beginning April 6, 2023, the CCERA program is opening up the three (3) months of additional rent assistance to all income levels including those who were deemed in the eighty percent (80%) AMI level.

If you have received only twelve (12) months of assistance through the CCERA program, we urge that you visit our office and inquire on the eligibility for an additional three (3) months of assistance.

Please be advised that if you have already RECEIVED FIFTEEN (15) MONTHS OF RENTAL ASSISTANCE that you ARE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE to receive additional assistance from the program.

Commonwealth COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Update.

ATTENTION CCERA CLIENTS.

This is to inform the general public that beginning March 3, 2023, the CCERA program is granting a three (3) month extension for rental assistance to existing clients of program.

If you have received only twelve (12) months of assistance through the CCERA program, we urge that you visit our office and inquire on your eligibility for the extension.

The CCERA would like to advise clients that rental extension priority is given to those clients who are within the thirty to fifty percent (30% - 50%) AMI levels.

Should you have any questions, call the CCERA office at (670) 682-7368 or visit our office located in Chalan Kanoa ( former Pena House location.)

Summer interns of the Office of Grants Management & State Clearinghouse are fitting tote bags with school supplies as part of their back-to-school initiative.

The student interns are part of the Office of the Governor and CNMI Youth Affairs 2022 Summer Youth Employment Program and will be making their donations to the elementary schools.

Student supplies inventory includes - composition book, folders, pencils, crayons, rulers, hand sanitizers, water bottles, etc.

This morning, Office of Grants Management & State Clearinghouse interns presented their project proposals for consideration to the CNMI SCORP initiative. Teams presented proposals focused on the construction of inclusive playgrounds on the island of Saipan.

Members of their audience include Mr. Herman Cabrera of Herman B. Cabrera & Associates; Ms. Edna Nisola and Ms. Justine Nauta representing Tan Holdings and the Governor's Council of Economic Advisers; and Mr. Epiphanio E. Cabrera Jr. - State Liaison Officer - CNMI SCORP; and Administrator, Office of Grants Management & State Clearinghouse.

Attention Commonwealth COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance (CCERA) Program Applicants -

Effective June 10, 2022, the CCERA program will no long be accepting any CUC billings. Due to funding, the CCERA program can no longer provide utility relief paid to CUC. We appreciate your understanding.
