Macao University of Tourism (UTM), established in 1995, is a public institution of higher education in Macao that offers degree programmes and professional training in tourism and hospitality, and is under the supervision of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of the Government of Macao Special Administrative Region. UTM offers degree and professional programmes in a wide range of tourism

-related disciplines such as hospitality, tourism business, heritage, events, retail and marketing, leisure and entertainment, sports and recreation, creative and cultural studies, and culinary arts. The university is entrusted by the local authorities to conduct policy level research related to tourism planning and development.

The UTM DBA programme is designed for senior executives, helping them transform years of hands-on experience into systematic management thinking. The programme emphasises cross‑sectoral exchange and academic rigour, cultivating decision‑makers with an international perspective.

Kearney Liang Jiacong, Project Director of Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. – Macau Branch, is one of these students. Through the programme, Kearney aims to evolve from a “project manager” into a “strategic thinker” who leads the digital ecosystem of the industry, internalising research outcomes into corporate management strategies. He also wishes to act as a bridge between UTM and the business world, sharing practical cases of integrating ICT with business management.

澳門旅遊大學與澳門道教協會攜手合辦「非物質文化遺產篇：澳門道教科儀音樂講座」。本次講座非常榮幸邀請到澳門道教科儀音樂傳承人、澳門道教協會會長——吳炳鋕先生擔任主講嘉賓。
