🎉 And that's a wrap! What an incredible journey it has been! 🚀

This morning, we proudly hosted the Final Pitch of Cohort 6, marking the conclusion of the Entrepreneurship Club workshops that began in February 2026 at the American Corner Mahajanga.

The day also featured the closing ceremony of this first edition of the Club, during which participants from Cohorts 4 and 5 received their certificates. We also had the pleasure of recognizing our outstanding trainers, whose dedication, generosity, and unwavering commitment made this program a tremendous success.

📊 2026 in numbers:
✅ 6 cohorts completed
✅ 120 participants trained
✅ 90 Final Pitch presentations delivered

🙏 Our heartfelt thanks go to Dera Zafindravaka, who led this program with passion and expertise from the very beginning, and to the Chambre De Commerce Mahajanga Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Mahajanga (CCI) for their valued partnership and continuous support.

A sincere thank you as well to all our trainers, jury members, and partners Entreprendre À Madagascar Eam. Your time, knowledge, and commitment have empowered more than a hundred aspiring entrepreneurs and helped transform ideas into promising business projects.

👏 To all participants across the six cohorts, congratulations on everything you have accomplished! We wish you every success as you continue developing your projects. May this be only the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey.

🌍 Workshop Recap | Bridging Languages: An Intro to the World of Translators and Interpreters

What an incredible way to conclude our two-day workshop!

As part of the World Youth Skills Day (WYSD) 2026 celebration, American Corner Mahajanga was proud to welcome more than 70 young participants eager to explore the exciting world of translation and interpretation.

Today's session focused on hands-on simulations, giving participants the opportunity to apply the concepts introduced on Day 1 through realistic interpreting exercises. Their enthusiasm, confidence, and active participation made the workshop a dynamic and inspiring learning experience.

One of the most rewarding moments of the workshop was seeing learning transform into opportunity. Throughout the sessions, our facilitators were also identifying promising young talents with the potential to join the language services profession. We are delighted that several participants have already been shortlisted to receive additional training and may have the opportunity to join the Linguistica Translation and Consulting team in the future.

🌍 Day 1 Highlights | Bridging Languages: An Intro to the World of Translators and Interpreters

What an inspiring first day!

As part of the World Youth Skills Day (WYSD) 2026 celebration, American Corner Mahajanga had the pleasure of welcoming many enthusiastic young participants to our workshop, "Bridging Languages: An Intro to the World of Translators and Interpreters."

Beyond discovering the fascinating world of translation and interpretation, participants actively took part in hands-on exercises, practicing both consecutive and simultaneous interpretation after an engaging theoretical introduction. Their curiosity, energy, and willingness to step out of their comfort zones made today's session a true success!
