M. Abdourahamane Youssouf, chargé du protocole au ministère des Affaires étrangères de l'Union des Comores, a rendu visite au chef de chancellerie, M. Kiran Chander, avant son départ pour l'Inde afin de suivre un programme de formation ITEC à l'Université des langues anglaises et étrangères d'Hyderabad.
