بمناسبة تسجيل القفطان المغربي على اللائحة التمثيلية للتراث الثقافي غير المادي لمنظمة اليونسكو، تنظم مديرية التراث الثقافي-قطاع
الثقافة- معرضاً تراثياً بعنوان:
« القفطان المغربي: تاريخ وحضارة »
يهدف هذا المعرض إلى إبراز القفطان المغربي باعتباره رمزاً قوياً للهوية الثقافية المغربية، وتجسيداً لإرث تاريخي عريق، وإبداع حرفي متميّز، ومهارات متوارثة عبر الأجيال.
ومن خلال سينوغرافيا تضم لوحات توثيقية ونماذج من قفاطين تراثية متنوعة، يقترح المعرض مساراً موضوعاتياً يتناول:
* تاريخ القفطان المغربي وأصوله؛
* تنوّع المعارف والمهارات المرتبطة بإنجازه؛
* غنى وتعدّد أنماط القفطان داخل مختلف ربوع المملكة؛
* تطوّره عبر الزمن وإشعاعه على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي.
يندرج هذا المعرض في إطار دينامية تثمين وصون ونقل التراث الثقافي غير المادي، احتفاءً بالاعتراف الدولي بالقفطان المغربي، وبالدور المحوري الذي يضطلع به الحرفيون والمبدعون المغاربة والجماعات الحاملة لهذا التراث في ضمان استمراريته.
لقد تم افتتاح المعرض
يوم الثلاثاء 23 دجنبر 2025، على الساعة الرابعة بعد الزوال، بمسرح محمد الخامس -الرباط
سيستمر المعرض بمسرح محمد الخامس إلى غاية 14 يناير 2026 .

Célébration de l’inscription du caftan marocain sur la liste du patrimoine immatériel de l’UNESCO
À l’occasion de l’inscription du caftan marocain sur la liste représentative du patrimoine culturel immatériel de l’UNESCO, la Direction du Patrimoine Culturel -Département de la Culture- organise une exposition patrimoniale intitulée :
« Le caftan marocain, histoire et civilisation »
Cette exposition vise à mettre à l’honneur le caftan marocain en tant que symbole fort de l’identité culturelle nationale, reflet d’un héritage séculaire, d’une créativité artisanale remarquable et d’un savoir-faire transmis de génération en génération.
À travers une scénographie composée de panneaux documentaires et iconographiques, ainsi que de caftans traditionnels, l’exposition propose un parcours autour de plusieurs thématiques:
* L’histoire et les origines du caftan marocain ;
* Les savoir-faire liés à sa confection ;
* La richesse et la diversité des expressions du caftan à travers le Maroc ;
* son évolution au fil du temps et son rayonnement au niveau national et international.
Cette exposition s’inscrit dans une dynamique de valorisation et de transmission du patrimoine culturel immatériel, en célébrant la
reconnaissance internationale du caftan marocain ainsi que le rôle essentiel des artisans, des créateurs et des communautés qui en assurent la pérennité.
L’inauguration a eu lieu

Au Théâtre Mohammed V – Rabat
L’exposition se prolongera au Théâtre Mohammed V jusqu’au 14 janvier 2026.

Celebration of the Inscription of the Moroccan Caftan on UNESCO’s
Intangible Cultural Heritage List
On the occasion of the inscription of the Moroccan caftan on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the Directorate of Cultural Heritage - Department of Culture - is organizing a heritage exhibition entitled:
“The Moroccan Caftan: History and Civilization.”
This exhibition aims to highlight the Moroccan caftan as a powerful symbol of national cultural identity, reflecting a centuries-old heritage, remarkable artisanal creativity, and know-how passed down from generation to generation.
Through a scenography composed of documentary and iconographic panels, as well as traditional caftans, the exhibition offers a thematic journey focusing on:
* The history and origins of the Moroccan caftan;
* The craftsmanship and know-how involved in its making;
* The richness and diversity of caftan expressions across Morocco;
* Its evolution over time and its national and international influence.
This exhibition is part of a broader effort to promote and transmit intangible cultural heritage, celebrating the international recognition of the Moroccan caftan and the essential role played by artisans, designers, and communities in ensuring its continuity.
The opening ceremony will take place
on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 at 4:00 p.m.,
at the Mohammed V Theatre – Rabat.
The exhibition will remain on display at the Mohammed V Theatre until 14 January 2026.
