Later in the evening in Rabat, as part of the Africa Day celebrations, Amb. Shakilla Umutoni participated in the second segment of the festivities, where the Embassy had a Rwandan Gastronomy stand highlighting the richness of Rwanda’s cultural heritage and the role of cuisine as a bridge for cultural exchange and mutual understanding.
The Ambassador and the Embassy team welcomed visitors to experience a variety of traditional Rwandan dishes while sharing the stories, values, and traditions that embody Rwanda’s identity, hospitality, and vibrant cultural heritage, further strengthening people-to-people ties through cultural diplomacy. 🇷🇼

Plus t**d dans la soirée à Rabat, dans le cadre des célébrations de la Journée de l’Afrique, l’Amb. Shakilla K. UMUTONI a participé au deuxième segment des festivités, au cours duquel l’Ambassade disposait d’un stand gastronomique rwandais mettant en lumière la richesse du patrimoine culturel du Rwanda ainsi que le rôle de la gastronomie comme vecteur d’échanges culturels et de compréhension mutuelle.
L’Ambassadrice et l’équipe de l’Ambassade ont accueilli les visiteurs pour leur faire découvrir différents plats traditionnels rwandais tout en partageant les histoires, les valeurs et les traditions qui incarnent l’identité, l’hospitalité et le riche patrimoine culturel du Rwanda, contribuant ainsi au renforcement des liens entre les peuples à travers la diplomatie culturelle. 🇷🇼
