Glossy Ibises are a common sight at Takaddoum. With a nearby breeding colony of this species, which is also imperiled by the development, the wetlands of Takaddoum are a regular foraging ground for nesting ibises.
يعتبر أبو منجل الأسود من الطيورالشائعة بضاية التقدم، حيث يتوالد بالقرب من الضاية و يعتبر مكان توالده مهدد أيضا بأشغال التهيئة.

A flock of Eurasian Spoonbills stops at the Takaddoum wetlands during their northwards migration. Without places such as this to refuel, their long migrations become harder and harder.

Two pairs of Little Ringed Plovers in a territorial dispute on the wetlands of Takaddoum. Even with the current lack of protection, this place is vital to a number of species, and it is important to halt the destruction that is currently going on.
زوجان من طائر الزقزاق المطوق الصغير في صراع حول منطقة التوالد. حتى مع انعدام الحماية، تعتبر ضاية التقدم مهمة لأنواع كثيرة من الطيور. و من الضروري إيقاف أعمال التخريب الجارية حاليا بها.
