The Norwegian - Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce 🇳🇴🇱🇹 held its Annual General Meeting, kindly hosted by Valiūnas Ellex. Thank you to Giedre Aukstuoliene and her team!! The event brought together members and partners to reflect on the past year and set strategic priorities for the future of NLCC.
The meeting opened with an inspiring welcome 🔈speech by H.E. Atle Konta Midttun, the Norwegian Ambassador to Lithuania. His message encouraged the community to “stay on the positive side and continue doing our best,” reminding attendees that in a world often filled with negativity, turbulence, and conflict, a constructive and forward-looking mindset is more important than ever. During the AGM, a Board was elected, and two new members, Rita Bogužaitė and Kolbjorn Midttun, were warmly welcomed 👏. The Board will appoint its Chair and Vice Chairman during its first meeting.

The Chamber also expressed sincere gratitude to its leaving Board members 💐👏, Almante Medziausiene (CEO, JOTRON), who has served since 2020 and Gold Member, and Gøran Skeie Ellingsen (CEO and Co-founder of beCrystal), who has been a Board member since 2019.
In addition, the Chamber welcomed a new assistant, Kseniia Kashchuk who will support ongoing activities and contribute to further growth together with Martyna and the board.
The Chamber currently has 87 members, having welcomed 16 new members and 13 lost over the past year. It proudly recognizes its three Gold Members: Ellex Legal, Nammo AS, and AVS PipeFit. We also want to that to all our Strategic Gold Members: Kongsberg NanoAvionics, NorDan Group, ReloKon, Tekoda Elektro AS, DNV, Egersund Group, Minordija, VMG Group, Norvetuva!
Looking ahead to 2026, the Chamber has set key strategic goals: increasing membership growth and retention, strengthening member engagement, enhancing business value, and encouraging member-driven initiatives. Defence & Geopolitics, along with Manufacturing & Industry, have been identified as priority focus areas, supported by a dynamic and engaging activity plan for the year.
The Chamber extends its gratitude to everyone who participated in the event and looks forward to a promising year ahead, with continued collaboration in strengthening Norwegian–Lithuanian business relations.
