The debates in the debate club of ISM University are in internationally recognized British Parliamentary format in English. Through the experiences in our debate club students can enhance their personal and professional attributes and skills. Debaters are provided with challenging opportunities to practice speaking in front of an audience, improve their rhetorical skills and come up with convincin

g arguments. Students debate on most pressing and controversial issues of the day. As a result members of the debate club are taught that no person or government possesses the ultimate truth. Future plans of this club include conducting debating workshops, participating in national and international debate tournaments as well as hosting some ourselves.
