Special Presidential Project (SPP)
The City of Robertsport, through its Lord Mayor, Thomas Bai Massaquoi Sr. has received 16 pieces of solar street lights from the President of the Republic of Liberia, H.E. Joseph N. Boakai, Sr., under the Special Presidential Project (SPP).
On behalf of the great people of Robertsport City, Mayor Thomas Bai Massaquoi extends sincere appreciation to President N Baokai for his continued support and commitment to the people of Grand Cape Mount County.
The Mayor further stated that the donation is timely and will contribute significantly to improving lighting and security within the city. He assured that the solar street lights will be used for their intended purpose and in the best interest of the people of Robertsport.

The August Term of Court has officially opened at the 5th Judicial Circuit Court in Robertsport City.
During the opening ceremony, the Mayor of Robertsport City, Hon. Thomas Bai Massaquoi Sr., raised serious concerns over the overcrowding at the Robertsport Central Prison. He called for urgent attention to the conditions at the correctional facility, emphasizing the need for appropriate measures to address the growing number of inmates and improve their living conditions.
The Mayor further stressed the importance of collaboration among the relevant authorities to ensure justice, public safety, and humane treatment within the correctional system.
