Technology Meets Sustainable Farming!

In Rivercess and Grand Bassa Counties, CHAP is using technology to support the scaling of the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) with support from Irish Aid through Concern Worldwide.

From GPS mapping and geotagged field documentation to digital soil testing and data collection, technology is helping CHAP better understand farmers' fields, monitor activities, and support evidence-based decisions for improved rice production.

As farmers apply SRI techniques in their fields, CHAP continues to combine innovation, data, and local knowledge to promote sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture in Liberia.

Together, we are transforming farming through technology one field, one farmer, and one community at a time. 🌱🌾

Today, our Executive Director, Bishop Robert S. M. Bimba, appeared on Liberia Today (LNTV) to discuss key issues affecting Liberia's agricultural sector.
One message stood out clearly, when we invest in and support Liberian farmers, we add value to their hard work and strengthen our nation's economy. Every time we choose Liberian products, we create opportunities for farmers, promote food security, and contribute to a more prosperous Liberia.
