Hello family...
We are pleased to announce to u that citizens of Rivercess working in the Legislature have come under one Umbrella to establish the Rivercess Legislative Staffers Association - RILSA for short. This organization was created to foster Unity, provide advocacy, and capacity-building training among other things for its members.
The vision bearer of this idea is Mr. Lawrence G. Tarr and was embraced by staffers from offices of the Rivercess Legislative Caucus as well as staffers from the Central Administration of both houses respectively.
After several successive meetings, RILSA inducted its first leadership through a Consensus-Based process inclusive of the Offices of the Legislative Caucus and Central Administration; below is the leadership structure
1. Mr. Sceedaka Jarkah - Chairman
2. Mr. Abraham Williams - Co-Chair
3. Bro. Daniel D. Reeves - Secretary General
4. Mr. Peter Juluddoe - Financial Secretary
5. Mr. Emmanuel Karpennoh - Management Consultant
6. Mrs. Esther Blamo - Chaplain
They're to steer the affairs of RILSA for 2 years, after which there will be an election for the next leadership.

The Rivercess Legislative Staffers Association was founded to bring together all citizens of Rivercess County who are working in the Legislature under one Umbrella to foster Peace and Unity, as well as providing capacity-building training for its members.
