Building Stronger Institutions Through Strategic Leadership
(Professional Development in Emergency Management)

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Liberia’s disaster preparedness and response systems, I was privileged to participate in the Emergency Management Senior Leader Course, organized by the Defense Institute for Medical Operations (DIMO) from July 21–22, 2025, in Monrovia, Liberia.

This high-level seminar focused on emergency management strategies for senior leaders in disaster planning, bringing together key national stakeholders to enhance coordination, leadership, and institutional readiness in the face of emergencies.

I am honored to have earned a Diploma upon completion of the course and remain grateful to God Almighty—indeed, His grace is sufficient. I also express appreciation to DIMO and all partners involved for facilitating this critical capacity-building engagement.

This experience further strengthens my commitment as Deputy Executive Director for Administration (DEDA) at the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA) to constructively engage in advancing institutional professionalism, collaboration, and national resilience.
