PMCS Team Concludes Midterm Performance Evaluation at GSA
MONROVIA, LIBERIA.

A team from the Performance Management Compliance System (PMCS) has concluded a midterm performance evaluation at the General Services Agency (GSA) in Monrovia.
The evaluation, conducted at the GSA offices on UN Drive, is part of the PMCS initiative aimed at helping Ministries, Agencies and Commissions (MACs) improve service delivery, strengthen institutional systems, and increase productivity across government.
The exercise opened with a special statement by the Deputy Director General for Administration of the GSA, Hon. Johnson P. Sloan, who welcomed the PMCS team on behalf of the Director General and management of the General Services Agency.
Deputy Director General Sloan expressed appreciation to the PMCS team for its continued partnership with the GSA and assured the evaluators that the Agency would fully cooperate throughout the exercise.
He emphasized the importance of the engagement in assessing the Agency's performance, identifying areas requiring improvement, and strengthening systems to ensure effective delivery of government services.
The engagement, which ran from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., brought together members of the GSA's senior management team and directors from various departments of the Agency.
The midterm evaluation focused on assessing the Agency's progress, compliance with established performance standards, and implementation of key institutional objectives.
The PMCS initiative is designed to promote accountability, improve organizational performance, and ensure that government institutions remain focused on delivering quality and efficient services to the Liberian people.
