79-Year-Old Pastor Seriously Injured in Alleged Su***de Attempt in River Gee

RIVER GEE COUNTY, LIBERIA — August 27, 2026

A 79-year-old pastor identified as John Tweh has reportedly sustained serious burn injuries following an alleged su***de attempt at his residence in Sarbo-Sweaken, Electoral District #3, River Gee County.

According to a report by Voice of RiverGee, the incident occurred on August 25, 2026, amid reports that Pastor Tweh had been experiencing severe emotional distress following the deaths of an older son and a nephew.

District Relieving Commissioner Alphonso Jallah said the successive losses appeared to have deeply affected the elderly pastor. He further alleged that Tweh had previously attempted to harm himself by ingesting rat poison on August 20.

Relatives reportedly became concerned about his wellbeing after he allegedly went into nearby bushes and contacted one of his daughters in Maryland County, making statements that raised concerns about his safety.

On the day of the house fire, family members reportedly noticed smoke coming from the pastor's room. They said he had earlier instructed his children and grandchildren to remove valuable belongings from the house.

Neighbors and relatives rushed to the residence, broke open the door and reportedly found Tweh unconscious inside the burning room. He was rescued and taken to the Sarbo-Sweaken Health Center before being transferred to J.J. Dossen Hospital in Harper, Maryland County, for further medical treatment.

A separate claim that family members noticed the smell of gasoline coming from his mouth during treatment has not been independently verified and remains subject to investigation.

The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation, while Pastor Tweh's current medical condition has not been independently confirmed.

Breaking News (Operation Octopus) 📰‼️

EXPOSED: Justice Minister Natu Oswald Tweh and Police IG Gregory Coleman BOOKED red-handed.

Martin K. N. Kollie writes ✍️

Where are they? The TRUTH is stubborn. This national fight against drugs and transnational criminals cannot be politicized when almost half a million Liberian youth have been severely damaged by drugs. Everyone MUST fully account. No one should be shielded. The CARTEL must be dismantled.

Fellow Liberians, it has finally caught up with them (IG Coleman and MOJ Tweh). We told y’all that they were/are LYING. Please take your time and read this very damaging email from Dutch Health BV.

The LIES, conspiracy, corruption, and dishonesty of Justice Minister Natu Oswald Tweh and Police IG Gregory Coleman have caused serious damage to Liberia and its reputation. They must account for this.

Please go back and read Justice Minister Tweh’s deceptive and lying press statement on the page of the Ministry of Justice - Liberia:

1) The Minister said that vehicles were procured for US$1.5 million from Dutch Health BV, a Netherlands-based company. The email from the Managing Director of Dutch Health BV Pieter Wiemers says it is a big LIE. Only US$439,100 they received and not US$1.5 million as Minister Tweh claimed. Where is the balance US$1.06 million? Corruption is smelling. Minister Tweh and IG Coleman MUST fully account for over US$1 million.

2) Minister Tweh said 22 vehicles were procured (Ref: as indicated in the procurement document). The Dutch company said that he also LIED. As reflected in the attached email, only 8 vehicles were procured for US$439,100 and not 22 vehicles for US$1.5 million.

3) Minister Tweh said in his flawed and dishonest press statement that ten units of Toyota Land Cruiser Prado vehicles were procured from Dutch Health BV. The Company said that Minister Tweh LIED again. Only a single Land Cruiser Prado was procured. Where are the other nine (9) Land Cruiser Prado vehicles? CORRUPTION is smelling. Minister Tweh and IG Coleman MUST fully account.

4) The Minister cunningly wrote US$1.5 million in his statement to make it appear like it was the initial contract figure. No, the attached email has disqualified his lies again. The initial procurement contract amount/figure was US$6.1 million and not US$1.5 million. He and Gregory Coleman cunningly reduced it to US$1.5 million, but only paid US$439.1K and not US$1.5 million. Where’s the other US$1.06 million?

5) The Minister intentionally mentioned US$1.5 million even though his own procurement document reflects US$1,554,525. US$1.5 million is not the same as US$1,554,525. The difference is US$54,525. Why LIE? Look at Minister Tweh’s press statement and compare it with the “procurement document.” Huge discrepancies and inaccuracies.

6) Fellow Liberians, please read paragraphs #3 and #4 of the email. The man that IG Gregory Coleman criminally used, Frances Nagbe, has been FIRED as a local agent of Dutch Health BV in Liberia. The company just discovered that he’s a criminal who’s linked to a lot of stuff. As a result of this international SCAM of a procurement process mainly facilitated by IG Gregory Coleman, agent Francis Nagbe, and Justice Minister Tweh, the company said in paragraph #3: “…we finally decided not to do business anymore with Liberia...” Read the whole paragraph #3 and see how damaging it is to the image of the country. There MUST be full accountability for this. People have to account. No sacred cow.

7) The Managing Director of Dutch Health BV, Pieter Wiemers, said to us at the beginning of the email that a lot of people have been writing them. He said they are unable to answer everyone or all the questions. So, they answered us to let everyone to know the hard truth. Wiemers’ Dutch numbers and official email are also attached to the email.

We ask everyone: Do you know who Francis Nagbe really is; the guy that IG Coleman conspired and connived with to carry out a criminal procurement process? Francis Nagbe does not work for/with GSA, PPCC, MFDP, LNP, MOJ or any government entity. Do you know that he has links with multiple Cartel members? Do you know the source of that money that IG. Coleman used to buy fleets of cars? Ask IG Coleman where he got that money from to be buying cars and sharing them as “gifts”. He will never tell you. Dirty Money passed through IG Coleman. We will get there very soon. IG Coleman is NOT the GSA boss and he’s not responsible for LNP’s procurement, but he’s the one that’s procuring fleets of vehicles and sharing them as “gifts.” Imagine a sitting Justice Minister is begging his underman, IG Coleman, for cars. Huh…?

Just watch, Coleman’s surrogates will still say, “…But this is not anything. The IG has not done anything. We are waiting for evidence. Bla-bla-blah.”

Aren’t these even enough to open an investigation on IG Coleman and Minister Tweh? At this point, the ongoing US$336 million co***ne bust investigation has no credibility and independence if Coleman and Tweh do not step aside. The investigation has lost credibility. It’s another FIASCO. The FRAUD, COVERUP, and HYPOCRISY are so glaringly visible.

The CARTEL must be dismantled at all costs in order to safeguard and protect Liberian families from drug trafficking. Since June 9, 2026, we have been providing emails, audios, videos, photos, documents, firsthand accounts, classified leaks, etc. While we remain focused on cracking down on the Cartel, they (the Cartel/Coleman surrogates) are not providing anything. All they do is to feebly attack us instead of attacking the Cartel. Hope they could use that same energy on the Cartel. But the real truth is that IG Coleman did serious business with The Cartel. This is a 100% fact.

We’ll keep providing more insights and hard pieces of evidence. No amount of Court ruling can intimidate, silence, or censor us. You’ve even made matters worse. If you like, ask us to pay US$5 billion in so-called frivolous “damage” to someone (Wilmot Smith) who massively LOOTED a public institution (LISGIS).

Nobody can distract this national cause. The Liberian people deserve to know the whole truth. We are fighting for their children’s future; a future free of drugs. An independent, impartial, and transparent investigation is required. We’re fighting for hundreds of thousands of Liberian families, including grieving parents, who have lost their children to drugs and graveyards across Liberia. Liberia First. Liberia Forever.

Liberia to Convene UN High-Level Side Event on Climate, Conflict and Natural Resources

By staff Reporter

MONROVIA, LIBERIA — August 27, 2026
Liberia is set to host a high-level side event on the margins of next month’s United Nations meetings in New York, focusing on the growing links between climate change, conflict and natural-resource governance.

The announcement was made by the Executive Director of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Dr. Emmanuel King Urey Yarkpawolo, during the Ministry of Information’s regular press briefing on Thursday.

The event, titled “The Nexus Between Climate, Conflict, and Natural Resources: Pathways to Peace, Resilience, and Sustainable Development,” is scheduled for September 23, 2026, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. The venue will be announced later.

The initiative is being organized under the auspices of Liberia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with Liberia’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations and with technical support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The gathering is expected to bring together senior Liberian government officials, UN representatives, development partners, environmental experts, civil society organizations, private-sector actors and communities directly affected by environmental and climate-related challenges.

Dr. Yarkpawolo stressed that climate change does not automatically cause conflict but can serve as a “threat multiplier” by intensifying existing social and economic vulnerabilities.

He identified poverty, displacement, food and water insecurity, competition over land and natural resources, weak governance and social tensions as some of the factors that can be worsened by climate-related pressures.

According to him, the issue is particularly significant for Liberia because the country relies heavily on its forests, minerals, wetlands, coastal ecosystems, water resources and biodiversity.

However, these natural assets are increasingly under pressure from coastal erosion, flooding, deforestation, wetland encroachment, unsustainable mining, pollution and other environmental threats.

Dr. Yarkpawolo warned that unequal distribution of benefits from natural resources, weak enforcement of environmental regulations and climate-related losses of livelihoods could increase inequality and contribute to disputes within communities.

“Peace cannot be separated from the environment,” he said, emphasizing that lasting peace requires the fair, transparent and responsible management of natural resources.

The September event will showcase Liberia’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), climate adaptation priorities, natural-resource governance reforms and emerging carbon-market framework.

Participants are also expected to explore ways of connecting climate action with conflict prevention, peacebuilding, community resilience, employment creation and inclusive economic development.

Organizers hope the discussions will generate policy recommendations for integrating climate security, conflict prevention and natural-resource governance into national, regional and international decision-making.

The meeting will also provide an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and explore access to climate financing, technical assistance and investment for vulnerable communities, particularly those facing coastal erosion, land degradation, deforestation, mining-related impacts and livelihood insecurity.

Dr. Yarkpawolo further called for stronger institutions, transparent governance and equitable sharing of natural-resource benefits, while emphasizing the meaningful participation of women, young people, Indigenous peoples and local communities in decisions affecting the environment and natural resources.

The initiative, according to the statement, is aligned with President Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr.’s broader vision of promoting peace, responsible environmental governance and inclusive national development.

Dr. Yarkpawolo also urged Liberian media institutions to play a greater role in educating the public about the connection between climate change, environmental protection, peace and natural-resource management.

The Gender Minister is RIGHT because the Law DOES Not Define Who Qualifes as an "Incapable Man".

Section 5.3 (e) says the wife is liable to support her husband if he is INCAPABLE of supporting himself and is or likely to be a public charge. The key conditions are: INCAPABLE and PUBLIC CHARGE. Let's deal with INCAPABLE for now: The law DOES NOT define "incapable." Claims that incapable means decapitated,, mentally ill, or sick from a stroke/ accident, etc is not anywhere in Liberia's Domestic Relations Law. When the law intended to refer to physical or mental incapacity, it knew how to say so and it did so in section 5.6 which says "when a dependent is unable to file a petition BECAUSE OF HIS "PHYSICAL or MENTAL condition," another person may file for him. For INCAPABLE men under §5.3(e), the law left the meaning open. Therefore, it is reasonable for the great Minister to call on men to approach the Gender Ministry and make their case of being incapable. On a case-by-case basis, incapable married men could get something this time.

Until the court can decide the precise meaning of "Incapable Man", listen to the Minister. She needs protection and care.

Who gave Capone Stephene Audrey our diplomatic passport? The TRUTH is out.

Activist Martin K. N. Kollie Writes ✍️ ✍️

They’ve been asking: “Show us evidence of her diplomatic passport, too, as you claimed.” Y’all think we can just talk, ehn? Just wait and watch how this goes. We’ll continue to upload hard pieces of evidence even including evidence of money laundering. This lady is an international drug Capone.

First, we said Drug Capone Stephene Audrey worked for and with ex-VP Jewel Howard-Taylor, her supporters claimed we “lied.” We proved it beyond every speck of doubt. We again said that special police escorts were regularly assigned with/to her by IG Gregory Coleman, and a few clueless defenders said that we "lied." We also proved it. We again said that Stephene Audrey held/holding diplomatic passport. A few said that's not true. We are proving it again.

Do you know that this lady has no career? Does anyone know where she obtained her academic degrees from as she lyingly claimed in her interview below (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees). Even her high school credentials remain largely questionable. No career. No business. Never had presidential appointment before. She’s nothing but has acquired massive wealth. This woman has no background in climate change, environmental science, sustainability, etc. She does not know anything about climate change. But look at her passport.

What do you see? This Capone in Stephene Audrey was serving as “Climate Change Advisor” to former Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor. Advising on what? Wow. How can someone whose high school documents are even questionable be advising the second highest office on “Climate Change”? Chey Liberia. SAD.

Look at Stephene Audrey's date of birth: January 28, 2026. So, this means that she's 28 years now.

Now, please hit this link to watch this interview via Youtube. Listen to the LIES that the Capone spewed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcuF5ooQL1A.

The interview took place and/or was uploaded on Youtube on July 4, 2025.

“At the age of 26, she became a software engineer and an expert.” LIES. So, she became a software engineer and an expert just a year before this interview? Huh…? She claimed in this same interview that she’s “building a Silicon Valley in Liberia.” How, where, and what's the source of income when she's not working and has no business? Another LIE. She claimed in one of her Facebook posts and interview that she started working with United Nations QIP at 14 years old in 2016. Another LIE. From 1998 to 2016 is not 14 years. It’s 18 years. Year 2016 – Year 1998 = 18 years old. Please ask her which university(ies) gave her first degree and master’s degree as she lyingly claimed in this interview? This woman is a con.

But who gave Stephene Audrey our Diplomatic Passport when she's not entitled to it? Those people who did this must also fully account, too. She should NOT have had, she should NOT have, and she is NOT entitled to diplomatic passport. The LAW is crystal clear. The issuance of a diplomatic passport to Stephene Audrey is a CLEAR violation of Chapter 20.3(f) of the Executive Law of Liberia. Only 13 categories of people are entitled to diplomatic passports under this law. We did a piece pertinent to this subject on October 26, 2024, titled: Who are entitled to diplomatic passports. Please click this link and read: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Pb5Nqc73M/.

Even Deputy Ministers, Assistant Ministers, Assistant Ministers equivalent, Deputy Managing Directors, Directors of Government Ministries and Commissioners of autonomous/specialized agencies, Judges of Courts of Record, Magistrates, City Mayors, etc. are not entitled to diplomatic passports. They are ONLY entitled to official passports.

Stephene Audrey is a hardcore international drug Capone and a money launderer. She did not only interact and did business with JHT, she also interacted and did business with IG Gregory Coleman. It’s IG Coleman who allowed her to escape. This is a fact. We challenge her to return to Liberia. This is an open challenge. She will never. We’ll soon get somewhere with this. We keep going. Don't allow their surrogates and low-level "propagandists" to distract y'all. The Cartel MUST be dismantled. We are fighting for hundreds of thousand of Liberian families, including grieving parents, who have lost their children to drugs.

No sacred cow. An independent, impartial, and transparent investigation is required. Liberia First.
