21/08/2024 அன்று கிழக்கு மாகாண கெளரவ ஆளுநர் செந்தில் தொண்டமான் அவர்களது அழைப்பின்பேரில் நடைபெற்ற கன்னியா வெந்நீரூற்றில் அந்தியேட்டிக் கிரியைகளை செய்வது தொடர்பான விடயத்தில் பின்வரும் தீர்மானங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டது.

1. கன்னியா வெந்நீரூற்று அந்தியேட்டிக் கிரியைளை வசதிப்படுத்த இரண்டு உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் நியமிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
2 அந்தியேட்டிக் கிரியைகளைச் செய்யும் பொதுமக்கள் திருகோணமலை பட்டணமும் சூழலும் பிரதேச சபையில் கிரியைகள் செய்யும் நாள் தொடர்பான அறிவுத்தலைக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்.
3. பிரதேச சபையில் சேகரிக்கப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை பிரதி செவ்வாய்தோறும் தொல்பொருள் திணைக்களத்திற்கு வழங்குவதுடன் அதற்கான அனுமதியுனை பிரதி புதன்தோறும் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு விண்ணப்பpத்தோருக்கு வழங்குவார்கள்.
4. கன்னியா வெந்நீரூற்று சிவன் ஆலய அறங்காவலர் சபையினர் வழிபாடு மற்றும் பிரார்த்தனை ஏற்பாடுகளை முன்னின்று நடாத்தும்.

மேற்படி சந்திப்பில் திருகோணமலை மாவட்ட தொல்பொருள் திணைக்கள அதிகாரிகள், திருகோணமலை பட்டணமும் சூழலும்பிரதேச்சபைச் செயலாளர் மற்றும் கன்னியா வெந்நீரூற்று சிவன் ஆலயறங்காவலர்சபையின் தலைவர், செயலாளர் மற்றும் நிருவாகியும் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.



21st August 2024, the following decisions were taken in connection with the Anthiyetti Kirikai at Kanniya Venneeroottu (hot spring) held on the invitation of the Honorable Governor of Eastern Province, Senthil Thondaman.

1. Two officers will be appointed to facilitate the Kanniya hot spring Anthiyetti Kirikai operation.
2 The public doing Anthiyetti Kirikai activities should give the information related to the day of activities at Trincomalee Town and Gravets Pradeshiya Sabha.
3. The applications collected in the Pradeshiya Sabha will be submitted to the Department of Archeology every Tuesday and the permission will be obtained and issued to the applicants every Wednesday.
4. The Board of Trustees of Kanya Venneeroottu Shiva Temple will take the lead in facilitating and Prayer arrangements.

Officials of the Trincomalee District Archeology Department, Trincomalee Town and gravets Pradeshiya Sabha Secretary and the President, Secretary and Administrator of Kanya Venneroottu Shiva Temple Trustees were also present in the said meeting.

உலக சுற்றாடல் வார நிகழ்வுகளின் ஒரு பகுதியாக 08.06.2024 ஆம் திகதி சனசமூக நிலையங்களின் ஒத்துழைப்புடன் எமது சபை பணியாளர்களும் இணைந்த வகையில் அலஸ்தோட்டம் பொது மயானத்துக்கு அண்மித்த மாதுமையம்பாள் பாடசாலை பின்புறமான வீதியிலிருந்து மயானம் வரை சிரமதானம் செய்யப்பட்டது.

As a part of the World Environment Week events, on 08.06.2024, with the cooperation of community canters, our council Staff joined Shramadana program from the road behind Madhumayambal School near Alasthottam Public Cemetery to the cemetery.

The tree planting activity was carried out by our Trincomalee Town and gravets pradeshiya sabha Secretary and Officers as a part of World Environment Day 2024 which will be celebrated across the world under the theme 'Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Prevention'.

இத்திட்டங்கள் தொடர்பான மீளாய்வுக்கும், முன்னேற்ற அறிக்கை பரிசீலனைக்கு ஏதுவாகவும் UNDP நிறுவனத்தின் உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் குழாம் 17/04/2024 ஆம் திகதி வருகை தந்திருந்தனர். மேற்படி கலந்துரையாடலில் எமது பிரதேச சபையின் செயலாளர் உள்ளடங்கலாக பொறுப்பான அனைத்து உத்தியோகத்தர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டதுடன் குறித்த திட்டத்தினால் எமது சபை பெற்றுக் கொண்ட அனுகூலங்களையும் எடுத்துக் கூறியிருந்தனர்.

A team of UNDP officials visited the project on 17/04/2024 for review and review of the progress report. All the responsible officers including the Secretary of our Pradeshiya sabha participated in the above discussion and also highlighted the benefits that our Council got from the said project.
