From tree to table!
There is nothing quite like making something completely from scratch, right on our own land. We’ve been tapping sap from our Kitul tree, and the whole process has been such a rewarding experience.
It starts right at the source, tapping the sap high up in the tree. From there, it’s all about patience—slow-boiling and stirring that liquid gold until it reduces down into rich, pure homemade Kitul Pani (Kitul treacle). Bottling it up feels like capturing pure nature in a glass.
Of course, the process comes with its perks! After all that work around the stove, relaxing with a glass of fresh Kitul Toddy against this view makes every single step worth it.
Nothing beats the taste of pure, homemade traditional flavors!
