ජාතික පශු සම්පත් සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලයේ පණිවිඩය

ජාතික පශු සම්පත් සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලය විසින් ප්‍රථම වරට ආරම්භ කරන ලද පශු සම්පත් තාක්ෂණික ශිල්පි පාඨමාලාව (NVQ Level 04) සඳහා බඳවා ගන්නා ලද ප්‍රථම කණ්ඩායම තම පුහුණුව අවසන් කර ඒ සඳහා වන සහතිකපත් ලබා ගැනිම අද දින 2024.01.18 වන දින කෘෂිකර්ම හා වැවිලි කර්මාන්ත අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ගරු කෘෂිකර්ම හා වැවිලි කර්මාන්ත අමාත්‍ය මහින්ද අමරවීර මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් බත්තරමුල්ල ගොවිජන මන්දිරයේ පිහිටි අමාත්‍යංශ කාර්යාලයේ දි සිදු කෙරුණි. එහිදි එම කණ්ඩායමේ පුහුණුලාභීන් 17 දෙනෙකු ගරු අමාත්‍යතුමා අතින් එම සහතිකපත් ලබා ගන්නා ලදි.
දැනට ජාතික පශු සම්පත් සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලය සතු සම්පත්, අත්දැකිම් හා දැනුම දේශිය විදේශිය පශු සම්පත් ක්ෂේත්‍රයට අදාල රැකියා අපේක්ෂාවෙන් සිටින දරු දැරියන් හට ලබා දීමේ අරමුණින් හා ඔවුන් හට NVQ 4 මට්ටමේ පුහුණුවක් ලබා දීමෙන් අරමුණ කර ගෙන සහ 2023 වර්ෂයේ ජාතික පශු සම්පත් සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලය ආරම්භකර වසර 50 සම්පුර්ණ වීම වෙනුවෙන් එක් ජාතික වැඩසටහනක් වශයෙන් පශු තාක්ෂණික ශිල්පි පාඨමාලාව ආරම්භ කරන ලදි. මෙම පාඨමාලාව හඳුන්වා දීම මණ්ඩලයේ වර්තමාන සභාපති මහචාර්ය එච්.ඩබ්ලිව්.සිරිල් මැතිතුමාගේ සංකල්පයක් අනුව සිදු කෙරුණි. ඒ අනුව බඳවා ගන්නා ලද ප්‍රථම කණ්ඩායම ජාතික පශු සම්පත් සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලයේ ගොවිපලවල මාස 06 ක නේවාසික පුහුණුව අවසන් කර අද දින මෙලෙස තෘතික හා වෘතිය අධ්‍යාපන කොමිෂන් සභාව (TVEC) විසින් පිරිනමන ලද සිය NVQ Level 04 සහතිකපත ලබා ගන්නා ලදි. මෙම පාඨමාලාව සඳහා දරු දැරියන් අතර ඉතා ඉහළ ඉල්ලුමක් පවතින අතර මේ වන විට එහි දෙවන හා තෙවන කණ්ඩායමද පුහුණු වෙමින් පවති.
මෙම පුහුණුව විදේශිය සත්ත්ව ගොවිපලවල රැකියා අවස්ථා ලබා ගැනිමට අවශ්‍ය දැනුම හා ප්‍රායෝගික ගොවිපල ක්‍රියාකාරකම් ඇතුලත් විධිමත් පුහුණු වැඩසටහනක් බැවින් රැකියා අපේක්ෂාවෙන් සිටින තරුණ පරපුර සඳහා රජය විසින් ලබා දී ඇති තවත් එක් වටිනා අවස්ථාවක් ලෙස සැලකිය හැකිය.
