Dear Sir,
I recently met you at CIBF and bought your book “Kattaparichchan Satana.” I initially purchased it for my father, but I also had the opportunity to read it — and I just finished it today.
I truly appreciate your effort to bring such a powerful experience to life. The book moved me deeply in many ways. I was especially struck by the realization that this battle took place around the time of my first birthday — while we were celebrating life in one part of the country, brave heroes were sacrificing theirs to protect us in another.
Your writing made me see our soldiers from a whole new perspective. I sincerely hope more people read books like yours and gain a deeper understanding of the courage, pain, and sacrifice behind our nation’s history.
Thank you once again for writing such a meaningful book and allowing readers to experience the realities of war through your words. I wish you good health, continued strength, and a long, fulfilling life.
I look forward to meeting you again at the next CIBF and hopefully having the chance to speak with you a little longer.
