The FOSME or Forum Of Sri Lankan Medical Educationists is an organization dedicated to improving the quality of medical education and health professions education in Sri Lanka by bringing together individuals and organizations responsible for medical and health care education. Established: The Forum of Sri Lankan Medical Educationists was first established in the year 2007. Review: Following a dormant phase a review was done at the PGIM, Colombo with the goal of accelerating its pace.
1st Academic Sessions 2012: The 1st ever sessions with an international and local panel took place at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo.
