දිවුලපිටිය ප්‍රාදේශීය රැකියාපොළ වැඩසටහන

මිනිස්බල හා රැකීරක්ෂා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සහ දිවුලපිටිය ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය එක්ව සංවිධානය කරන ලද ප්‍රාදේශීය රැකියා පොළ වැඩසටහන 2026/06/02 වන දින දිවුලපිටිය ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයීය ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේ දී පැවැත්විණි.

දිවුලපිටිය ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයේ රැකියා විරහිත තරුණ පිරිස වෙනුවෙන් පැවැත්වූ මෙම වැඩසටහන සඳහා තරුණ තරුණියන් 400 දෙනෙකුට වැඩි පිරිසක් සහභාගී වූ අතර, ඔවුන් වෙනුවෙන් රාජ්‍ය හා පෞද්ගලික ආයතන 35ක් පමණ සම්බන්ධ වී සිටියහ.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ වත්මන් ආර්ථික හා සාමාජීය ප්‍රවණතා හමුවේ ප්‍රාදේශීය මට්ටමින් මානව සම්පත නිසි පරිදි කළමනාකරණය කරමින්, තරුණ තරුණියන්ට ස්ථිර ආදායම් මාර්ග සහ වෘත්තීය සුරක්ෂිතතාවක් උදාකර දීම මෙම වැඩසටහන පැවැත්වීමේ ප්‍රධාන අරමුණයි.

රැකියාගත වීමේදී අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම්, සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයකට මුහුණදීම, තම කැමැත්ත අනුව රැකියාගත වන්නේ කෙසේද? යන කරුණු සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙහිදී විශේෂ පැහැදිලි කිරීමක් සිදු කරන ලදී. මෙම වැඩසටහනේදී “රැකියා ලොව ජය ගැනීම” යන්න තේමා කොට ගනිමින් විශේෂ ආරාධිත දේශනය සිදු කරන ලද්දේ ඇඩ්වන්ටීස් ආයතනයේ පරිපාලන කළමනාකාර ආදිත්‍ය ගුණතිලක මහතා විසිනි.

මේ අවස්ථාවට එක්වූ මිනිස්බල හා රැකිරක්ෂා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජනරාල් කේ.ජී.එච්.එච්.ආර්.කිරිඇල්ල මහතා විසින් මෙවැනි වැඩසටහන් සංවිධානය කිරීමේ අවශ්‍යතාව පිළිබඳ පැහැදිලි කරන ලද අතර " රැකියා ලොව ජයගැනීමට කුසලතා වර්ධනය කර ගැනීමේ වැදගත්කම " පිළිබඳ පැමිණ සිටි තරුණ ප්‍රජාව දැනුවත් කිරීම ගම්පහ දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ මානව සම්පත් සංවර්ධන නිලධාරි වත්සලා විදානපතිරණ මහත්මිය සිදු කළාය.

අද දවසේ පැමිණි ආයතන සමඟ තම රැකියාව සඳහා කටයුතු සිදු කළ යුතු ආකාරය ගම්පහ දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ මානව සම්පත් නිලධාරි රෝහණ ජයලත් මහතා පැහැදිලි විසින් කරන ලදී.

මෙම අවස්ථාවට දිවුලපිටි ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් මානෙල් දමයන්ති කුමාරි, සහකාර ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් ඩබ්.වී.ටී.ඩී.අමරසිංහ, මිනිස්බල හා රැකීරක්ෂා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ නියෝජ්‍ය අධ්‍යක්ෂ ශානිකා මායාදුන්නේ, ගම්පහ දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධීකරණ නිලධාරී නිලන්ති පෙරේරා , මුදල් හා කම්කරු අමාත්‍යතුමාගේ පෞද්ගලික ලේකම් විශ්වාන් ගමගේ යන මහත්ම මහත්මීන් ඇතුළු අත්තනගල්ල, මීරිගම, කටාන ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයන්හි මානව සම්පත් නිලධාරීන් ඇතුළු පිරිසක් සහභාගී වූහ.

දිවුලපිටිය ප්‍රාදේශීය සභාවේ සහය ද මෙම වැඩසටහන සඳහා ලබා දුන් අතර, දිවුලපිටිය ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ මානව සම්පත් නිලධාරින් වන ඩබ්.ඒ.ඩී.ජයමාලි සහ ඩබ්.එස්.එන්.වික්‍රමසිංහ යන මහත්මීන් විසින් වැඩසටහනේ සංවිධාන කටයුතු සිදුකරන ලදී.

Kilinochchi District Job Fair Successfully Conducted on 26th May 2026

The Kilinochchi District Job Fair 2026 was successfully organized by the Department of Manpower and Employment and the Kilinochchi District Secretariat. The event was held today at the District Secretariat premises.

The Job Fair was officially inaugurated by the Government Agent/District Secretary of Kilinochchi, Mr. S. Muralitharan. The event provided a valuable opportunity for job seekers in the district to explore suitable career paths and employment opportunities.

A range of services and guidance were offered during the Job Fair, including recruitment for existing vacancies, vocational training guidance, and career counseling.

An introductory presentation on the event was delivered by Mr. A. Liston Rajanikanth, District Coordinator of the Department of Manpower and Employment.

A total of 28 organizations participated in the Job Fair, representing sectors such as private manufacturing, security services, marketing, foreign employment, hospitality, insurance, accounting, and agricultural employment. These organizations provided information on available job opportunities and recruitment procedures.

In addition, 12 training institutions participated in the event, offering information and guidance on vocational and professional training programmes in fields such as Information Technology, Nursing, Foreign Employment, and Hotel Management.

A total of 317 job seekers participated in this Job Fair.

The event was attended by the Additional Government Agent (Land), senior officers of the District Secretariat, departmental officials, and other invited guests. A significant number of young men and women from across the district also participated, demonstrating strong interest in employment and skills development opportunities.

The Kilinochchi District Job Fair 2026 served as an important platform for connecting job seekers with employers and training providers, thereby contributing to employment generation and human resource development within the district.
