Kulluna Irada is an advocacy group committed to political reform in Lebanon. It is engaged in defining the foundations of a modern, sustainable and just state, and in coalescing local and international actors around this vision to create momentum for change. The organization pairs extensive policy expertise with civil society engagement and advocacy tools in order to raise awareness on public issu
es and implement sustainable solutions. Kulluna Irada is funded exclusively by Lebanese citizens in Lebanon and abroad. The organization’s internal governance is based on collegial decision making and strict rules on conflict of interest: board members have vowed not to run for elections or participate in any public auction. "كلنا إرادة" هي منظمة ملتزمة بالإصلاح السياسي في لبنان، تعمل على تحديد أسس دولة حديثة ومستدامة وعادلة، وعلى توحيد الجهات الفاعلة المحلية والدولية حول هذه الرؤية لإيجاد الزخم المطلوب لتحقيق التغيير. تجمع المنظمة بين الخبرة الواسعة في مجال السياسات، مع مشاركة المجتمع المدني واعتماد أدوات المناصرة لنشر الوعي حول القضايا العامّة تزامناً مع العمل على حلّها. تمويل "كلنا إرادة" لبناني بحت يأتي من مواطنين لبنانيين، مقيمين ومغتربين، يسعون لإحداث تغيير إيجابي في وطنهم. نظام المنظمة الداخلي يحتّم اتخاذ القرارات بشكل جماعيّ ويتضمّن قواعد صارمة لتجنّب أي تضارب في المصالح: يتعهّد أعضاء مجلس الادارة بعدم الترشّح إلى الانتخابات وعدم المشاركة في المناقصات العامّة.
