In 2003, EVENTA was founded by Nina Abi Fadel as a small business with a big vision: to make a difference in the world one event at a time. Nina wanted the ability and freedom to choose to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations on events, projects, and programs with true social impact and value for Lebanese communities. The extensive experience gained over the past 15 years of

completing diverse projects in different sectors – in solid collaboration with sustainable partners in the region – enables us to identify our communities’ current most pressing needs and challenges. Simultaneously, it continuously deepened our commitment to providing innovative, hands-on solutions that can help us address common social challenges, particularly in the areas of health and wealth.

Most CSR programs are well-funded and well-intentioned.

But good intentions don't create lasting change; design does.

Swipe through to see the five patterns we see again and again, and what we do differently.

When we talk about employee wellbeing, we talk about gym memberships, mental health days, and healthy snacks in the office.

Rarely do we talk about money.

Yet financial stress is one of the leading causes of burnout, disengagement, and poor performance at work, across every industry, every level.

Wellbeing isn't just physical.
It isn't just emotional.
It is also financial.

And until programs are designed to address all three, the gap between investment and impact will stay wide.

Enjoying wealth in good health.

Financial confidence is not just about money. It is about the freedom, security, and peace of mind that come with knowing you are equipped for whatever life brings.

MONEYSMART builds that confidence in communities, in corporate teams, and in individuals across the Arab world.

Together with@sohawellness, we address the full picture. Because true wellbeing is financial and physical, individual and collective.

True wellbeing goes beyond what you can see.

Physical health is one part. But financial stress, emotional depletion, and social disconnection shape how a person shows up every single day.

At Soha Wellness, we work across all eight dimensions of wellbeing. Because people are not one-dimensional, and neither should their wellness programs be.

Today is World Family Day.

In 2026, the UAE celebrates the Year of the Family. And we think about families in everything we build.

A family is not supported by addressing one thing. Financial confidence, physical wellbeing, mental health, social resilience, all of it matters. And every member plays a role.

The mother leading at home and in her community. The father holding it all together. The children shaped by what they witness every day.

Change does not stop at the individual. It travels home, and it builds from there.

Happy World Family Day. 🤍

Financial resilience is not built in a workshop.

It is built through every real moment: a job change, a growing family, an unexpected expense, a new beginning.

The programs we design meet people where those moments actually happen.

Financial literacy programs fail when knowledge is treated as the endpoint.

What changes behavior is trust, relevance, and community ownership.

This is how we built one program, and why it runs with or without us.

Today is Arab Financial Inclusion Day.
Nearly 65% of adults across the Arab world have no access to a formal financial account. The highest rate of exclusion of any region in the world. Only 29% of women have access to bank accounts or mobile money. (Source: UN ESCWA, 2025)

These are not abstract numbers. They are the communities we work with, across the Arab world, every day. That is why this work exists, and why it matters every single day.

Financial stress does not stay at the door when your team walks in.

Neither does burnout. Or anxiety. Or exhaustion.

The most effective employee wellness programs address all of it, not in silos, but together.

That is the thinking behind what we built at Impact First.

Running the program is one thing. Being able to show what it changed, for real people, in real communities, is another.

Measurement is not a reporting requirement. It is a design principle.
That is how we build at Impact First.
