In 2003, EVENTA was founded by Nina Abi Fadel as a small business with a big vision: to make a difference in the world one event at a time. Nina wanted the ability and freedom to choose to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations on events, projects, and programs with true social impact and value for Lebanese communities. The extensive experience gained over the past 15 years of completing diverse projects in different sectors – in solid collaboration with sustainable partners in the region – enables us to identify our communities’ current most pressing needs and challenges. What doesn't always exist is design that actually fits culturally, contextually, and in terms of what communities here are ready to own.

We have learned more from the people in our programs than from any methodology. And that is the only way to build something that lasts in this region.

According to the MISK x Oliver Wyman 2026 report and the Arab Youth Survey, 52% worry about their financial security, more than double the rate of older generations. Yet 45% are already running a side hustle, and 53% want to start their own business, one of the highest rates globally.

They are earning before they understand how to manage what they earn.

When we talk about employee wellbeing, we talk about gym memberships, mental health days, and healthy snacks in the office.

Rarely do we talk about money.

Yet financial stress is one of the leading causes of burnout, disengagement, and poor performance at work, across every industry, every level.
