كتب أدهم الدمشقي عن عمل "قليل من هدر الدم" : ملامسة الفجيعة بالتفكيك النسيجي للموسيقى والشعر.

تستند الرؤية الفلسفية للألبوم على تجربة الممثلة المؤدية ضنا مخايل، التي انطلقت من رغبة حثيثة لتفكيك سيرتها الذاتية القائمة على تقاطع الجذور الألمانية واللبنانية. لم يكن الرجوع إلى الذاكرة العائلية مجرد حنين بائس إلى الماضي، إنما كان استدعاءً نقديًا لمفهوم تكرار التاريخ. فما عاشه الأجداد من اغتراب ونضال ومعاناة يعاد إنتاجه اليوم بنفس القسوة والقتامة في لبنان والعالم.
هذا العمل كان باتعاون مع مؤسسة هينرش بل -مكتب الشرق الأوسط في بيروت

Post-war agricultural reconstruction in Syria is increasingly framed by international actors through the language of food security. As part of a broader security logic, this is aimed at stabilising populations, restoring production chains, and re-establishing governance.

In this analysis, political scientist Ansar Jasim takes a critical look at the framework of "food security" and highlights its limitations; in particular, by arguing that securitisation depoliticises fundamentally political questions and treats them as mere governance issues. Against this, the author suggests "food sovereignty" as an alternative logic grounded in reproduction, relationality and collective control over land, labour and life.

This work stems from the desire of performer Dana Mikhael to explore her German-Lebanese roots. As we live through times of war and crisis in Lebanon today, she recalls her ancestors' journeys, struggles and sufferings, in a mirror to our current reality, whereas hard labor and faith always remained inseparable
