เมื่อวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 นางปิยะพิณ นิยมฤกษ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงอัสตานา ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะนาย นายเยียร์เมค โคเชียร์บาเยฟ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐคาซัคสถาน เพื่อหารือแนวทางการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับคาซัคสถานในมิติต่าง ๆ โดยเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ย้ำถึงความสำคัญที่ไทยให้กับคาซัคสถานในฐานะหุ้นส่วนสำคัญของไทยในภูมิภาคเอเชียกลาง และแสดงความพร้อมที่จะทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับฝ่ายคาซัคสถานเพื่อผลักดันความร่วมมือที่เป็นประโยชน์ร่วมกัน โดยเฉพาะในสาขาที่มีศักยภาพสูง อาทิ การค้าและการลงทุน การคมนาคมและโลจิสติกส์ เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมและเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง แร่ธาตุสำคัญและห่วงโซ่อุปทานด้านอุตสาหกรรม พลังงาน การท่องเที่ยว การแพทย์และสุขภาพ ตลอดจนความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรม ทั้งนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้เน้นย้ำถึงพัฒนาการเชิงบวกของความสัมพันธ์ไทย-คาซัคสถานในช่วงที่ผ่านมา โดยเฉพาะการขยายตัวของการท่องเที่ยวและการแลกเปลี่ยนระดับประชาชน อันเป็นผลจากมาตรการยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราระหว่างกันและการเพิ่มเที่ยวบินตรงระหว่างสองประเทศ ซึ่งช่วยส่งเสริมความใกล้ชิดและความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างประชาชนของทั้งสองฝ่ายอย่างต่อเนื่อง

นอกจากนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคาซัคสถานได้หารือเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมการสำหรับการเยือนสาธารณรัฐคาซัคสถานอย่างเป็นทางการของนายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ตามคำเชิญของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคาซัคสถาน ระหว่างวันที่ 24 - 27 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคาซัคสถานแสดงความพร้อมและยินดีอย่างยิ่งที่จะได้ต้อนรับการเยือนคาซัคสถานของรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ซึ่งจะเป็นการเยือนในระดับรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศของไทยในรอบ 20 ปี โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นพ้องว่าการเยือนดังกล่าวจะเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า การลงทุน และการเชื่อมโยงภาคเอกชนระหว่างสองประเทศ รวมถึงการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือใหม่ ๆ ในสาขายุทธศาสตร์ที่สอดคล้องกับนโยบายการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของทั้งสองฝ่าย อันจะช่วยยกระดับความเป็นหุ้นส่วนระหว่างไทยและคาซัคสถานให้มีความเข้มแข็ง ครอบคลุม และเป็นรูปธรรมยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต

*Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan Pays a Courtesy Call on the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan*

On 12 June 2026, H.E. Mrs. Piyapin Niyomrerks, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Kazakhstan, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Yermek Kosherbayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to discuss ways to further enhance Thailand - Kazakhstan relations and cooperation across a wide range of areas. Ambassador Piyapin underscored the importance Thailand attaches to Kazakhstan as one of its key partners in Central Asia and reaffirmed Thailand’s readiness to work closely with the Kazakh side to advance mutually beneficial cooperation. Particular emphasis was placed on high-potential sectors, including trade and investment, transport and logistics, digital economy and artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing and technology, critical minerals and industrial supply chains, energy, tourism, healthcare, as well as education, science, research, and innovation. The Ambassador also highlighted the positive momentum in bilateral relations in recent years, particularly the growing number of tourist arrivals and people-to-people exchanges, facilitated by reciprocal visa-free arrangements and increased direct air connectivity between the two countries.

The Ambassador and the Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan also discussed preparations for the forthcoming official visit of H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, to the Republic of Kazakhstan from 24 to 27 June 2026, at the invitation of H.E. Mr. Yermek Kosherbayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Minister Kosherbayev expressed his readiness and great pleasure in welcoming the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand to Kazakhstan. The visit will mark the first visit to Kazakhstan by a Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs in two decades. Both sides agreed that the visit would provide an important opportunity to further strengthen cooperation in the areas of trade, investment, and business connectivity between the two countries, while also fostering new partnerships in strategic sectors that align with the economic development priorities of both sides. The visit is expected to contribute significantly to elevating the Thailand - Kazakhstan partnership and advancing a stronger, more comprehensive, and more substantive bilateral relationship in the years to come.

*Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan Leads Delegation from Almaty Region, Almaty City, and the Kazakh Private Sector on a Visit to CPRAM Food Manufacturing Facilities*

On 27 May 2026, H.E. Mrs. Piyapin Niyomrerks, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, led a delegation of more than 20 representatives from Almaty Region, Almaty City, and the Kazakh private sector on a study visit to the food manufacturing facilities of CPRAM Co., Ltd. in Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathum Thani Province. During the visit, the delegation received a briefing on the company’s business operations. As one of Thailand’s leading producers of ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook food products, CPRAM presented its product development process, food safety standards, and advanced production management systems. The delegation was also given a guided tour of the company’s production facilities, which manufacture a wide range of products, including ready-to-eat meals, bakery products, frozen foods, and other food products distributed both domestically and internationally.

The visit generated considerable interest among the Kazakh delegation, particularly in Thailand’s food production technologies, quality control standards, innovation in product development, and integrated food supply chain management. The delegation also exchanged views with CPRAM executives on market opportunities in Kazakhstan and the wider Central Asian region, as well as the potential for expanding cooperation in food products, processed foods, and high-value agricultural products, the sectors that offer strong growth potential and align with evolving consumer demand in the region.

The visit to CPRAM formed part of the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana’s project entitled “Enhancing Thailand - Kazakhstan Economic Cooperation in High-Potential Sectors through Strategic Economic Networking and Participation in THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2026,” implemented during 21 - 29 May 2026. The project aims to support Thailand’s Proactive Economic Diplomacy policy and expand economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Thailand, Kazakhstan, and the wider Central Asian region by creating new business opportunities and fostering sustainable and tangible linkages between the private sectors of both sides.

เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางปิยะพิณ นิยมฤกษ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงอัสตานา ได้นำคณะผู้บริหารจากแคว้นอัลมาตี เมืองอัลมาตี และ DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund ของคาซัคสถาน เข้าร่วมงาน THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2026 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 26 - 30 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุมอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี โดยงานดังกล่าวถือเป็นงานแสดงสินค้าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ใหญ่เป็นอันดับ 4 ของโลก จัดขึ้นโดยกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงพาณิชย์ หอการค้าไทย และ Koelnmesse จากสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี ทั้งนี้ ในปี 2569 งาน THAIFEX - Anuga Asia จัดขึ้นอย่างยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยมีมา ครอบคลุมพื้นที่จัดแสดงกว่า 140,000 ตารางเมตร และมีผู้ประกอบการเข้าร่วมจัดแสดงสินค้าจำนวน 3,590 บริษัท จาก 56 ประเทศทั่วโลก

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้นำคณะเยี่ยมชมคูหาจัดแสดงสินค้าของบริษัทจากคาซัคสถาน ซึ่งได้นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์บะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูปภายใต้แบรนด์ของบริษัท Aspan Asia ตลอดจนเยี่ยมชมคูหาของผู้ประกอบการไทยที่มีศักยภาพในการขยายความร่วมมือกับคาซัคสถานในสาขาอาหาร อาหารแปรรูป สินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูง และอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยได้มีโอกาสพบปะหารือกับผู้ประกอบการไทยและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโอกาสทางธุรกิจในตลาดคาซัคสถานและภูมิภาคเอเชียกลาง ซึ่งกำลังเป็นตลาดใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพสำหรับผู้ประกอบการไทย

On 26 May 2026, H.E. Mrs. Piyapin Niyomrerks, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, led a delegation comprising senior representatives from Almaty Region, Almaty City, and the DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund of Kazakhstan to participate in THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2026, held from 26–30 May 2026 at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani. Recognized as the world’s fourth-largest food and beverage trade exhibition, the event is jointly organized by Thailand’s Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Koelnmesse of Germany. This year’s edition marked the largest THAIFEX - Anuga Asia ever organized, covering more than 140,000 square meters of exhibition space and featuring 3,590 exhibitors from 56 countries worldwide.

During the visit, Ambassador Piyapin led the delegation on a tour of the exhibition, including a visit to the booth of Kazakhstan’s Aspan Asia, which showcased its instant noodle products, as well as a number of Thai companies with strong potential for cooperation with Kazakhstan in the fields of food products, processed food, high-value agricultural products, and related industries. The delegation also had opportunities to engage with Thai entrepreneurs and exchange views on business and investment prospects in Kazakhstan and the broader Central Asian region, which is increasingly emerging as a promising market for Thai businesses.

The participation of the Kazakh delegation in THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2026 represents another important step in strengthening Thailand - Kazakhstan economic relations. เมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางปิยะพิณ นิยมฤกษ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงอัสตานา ได้นำคณะผู้บริหารจากแคว้นอัลมาตี เมืองอัลมาตี และ DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund ซึ่งเข้าร่วมโครงการ “ส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจไทย-คาซัคสถานในสาขาที่มีศักยภาพ ผ่านการสร้างเครือข่ายด้านเศรษฐกิจและการเข้าร่วมงาน THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2026” ของสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงอัสตานา ดำเนินการระหว่างวันที่ 21 - 29 พฤษภาคม 2569 เข้าร่วมงาน Thailand - Kazakhstan Business Forum ณ สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งจัดขึ้นด้วยความร่วมมือระหว่างสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงอัสตานา และสถานเอกอัครราชทูตคาซัคสถานประจำประเทศไทย โดยมี ดร. พจน์ อร่ามวัฒนานนท์ ประธานหอการค้าไทยและสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย นาย Bakytnur Bakytuly รองผู้ว่าการแคว้นอัลมาตี เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และนาย Margulan Baimukhan เอกอัครราชทูตคาซัคสถานประจำประเทศไทย เป็นประธานร่วมในงานฯ ที่มีผู้แทนภาคเอกชนและหน่วยงานด้านเศรษฐกิจของทั้งสองประเทศเข้าร่วมกว่า 100 คน

ในการกล่าวเปิดงาน เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้กล่าวย้ำถึงศักยภาพของคาซัคสถานและภูมิภาคเอเชียกลางในฐานะตลาดใหม่ที่มีความสำคัญเชิงยุทธศาสตร์สำหรับไทย พร้อมกล่าวถึงปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนพลวัตความสัมพันธ์ทางการเมืองและความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศทั้งสอง รวมถึงนโยบายการทูตเศรษฐกิจเชิงรุกของไทย โดยแสดงความเชื่อมั่นว่า การเยือนของคณะจากคาซัคสถาน และการจัด Business Forum ในครั้งนี้ จะช่วยขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ การค้า การลงทุน และการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างภาคเอกชนของทั้งสองประเทศต่อไป ขณะที่ ดร. พจน์ฯ ได้กล่าวถึงบทบาทของภาคเอกชนไทยในการขยายความร่วมมือกับคาซัคสถานในสาขาที่มีศักยภาพ โดยเฉพาะด้านอาหาร เกษตรกรรม การท่องเที่ยว และบริการ ด้านนาย Bakytnur Bakytuly รองผู้ว่าการแคว้นอัลมาตี ได้กล่าวแสดงความพร้อมของฝ่ายคาซัคสถานในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือกับไทย ทั้งในด้านการค้า การลงทุน โลจิสติกส์ และการท่องเที่ยว ขณะที่เอกอัครราชทูตคาซัคสถานประจำประเทศไทยได้กล่าวชื่นชมบทบาทของทั้งสองสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในการผลักดันความสัมพันธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างสองประเทศให้เกิดผลเป็นรูปธรรมมากยิ่งขึ้นและแสดงความมุ่งมั่นในการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจระหว่างทั้งสองประเทศ

พร้อมกันนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ยังได้ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจจำนวน 4 ฉบับ ได้แก่ (1) บันทึกความเข้าใจระหว่างสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทยกับ QazTrade (2) บันทึกความเข้าใจระหว่างภูมิภาคอัลมาตีกับสมาคมโรงแรมไทย (3) บันทึกความเข้าใจระหว่างภูมิภาคอัลมาตีกับสมาคมไทยบริการท่องเที่ยว และ (4) บันทึกความเข้าใจระหว่างภูมิภาคอัลมาตีกับสมาคมไทยธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของทั้งสองฝ่ายในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจและการท่องเที่ยวอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ภายในงานฯ ยังมีการนำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโอกาสทางการค้า การลงทุน และศักยภาพทางเศรษฐกิจของไทยและคาซัคสถาน ตลอดจนกิจกรรมจับคู่ธุรกิจระหว่างผู้ประกอบการของทั้งสองประเทศ เพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจและขยายโอกาสความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจในอนาคตระหว่างกัน

*Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan Participates in Thailand - Kazakhstan Business Forum to Advance Thailand’s Proactive Economic Diplomacy in Kazakhstan and Central Asia*

On 25 May 2026, H.E. Mrs. Piyapin Niyomrerks, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, led an executives delegation from Almaty Region, Almaty City, and the DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund participating in the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana’s project entitled “Enhancing Thailand - Kazakhstan Economic Cooperation in High-Potential Sectors through Strategic Economic Networking and Participation in THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2026,” implemented during 21 - 29 May 2026, to attend the Thailand - Kazakhstan Business Forum held at the Thai Chamber of Commerce in Bangkok. The Forum was jointly organized by the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana, and the Embassy of Kazakhstan to Thailand. The opening ceremony was co-chaired by Dr. Poj Aramwattananont, Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand, H.E. Mr. Bakytnur Bakytuly, Deputy Governor of Almaty Region, H.E. Mrs. Piyapin Niyomrerks, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, and H.E. Mr. Margulan Baimukhan, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Thailand. The event was attended by more than 100 representatives from the private sector and economic agencies of both countries.

In her opening remarks, Ambassador Piyapin emphasized the importance of Kazakhstan and the wider Central Asian region as emerging markets of strategic significance for Thailand. She also highlighted the key drivers behind the growing political relations and economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as Thailand’s Proactive Economic Diplomacy policy. The Ambassador expressed confidence that the visit of the Kazakh delegation and the organization of the Business Forum would further expand economic, trade, and investment cooperation, while strengthening connectivity and partnerships between the private sectors of both countries. Dr. Poj highlighted the important role of the Thai private sector in strengthening cooperation with Kazakhstan, particularly in the fields of food, agriculture, tourism, and services. Mr. Bakytnur Bakytuly expressed Kazakhstan’s readiness to further enhance cooperation with Thailand in trade, investment, logistics, and tourism, while Ambassador Margulan Baimukhan commended the active role of both Embassies in advancing concrete economic cooperation and reaffirmed Kazakhstan’s commitment to deepening bilateral economic engagement with Thailand.

On this occasion, Ambassador Piyapin also witnessed the signing ceremonies of four Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), namely (1) an MOU between the Thai Chamber of Commerce and QazTrade; (2) an MOU between Almaty Region and the Thai Hotels Association; (3) an MOU between Almaty Region and the Thai Travel Agents Association; and (4) an MOU between Almaty Region and the Association of Thai Travel Agents. These documents reflect the strong commitment of both sides to promoting concrete economic and tourism cooperation. The Thailand - Kazakhstan Business Forum also featured presentations on trade and investment opportunities and the economic potential of Thailand and Kazakhstan, as well as business matching sessions between Thai and Kazakh entrepreneurs aimed at strengthening business networks and expanding future economic cooperation between the two countries.
