We are writing to you with the project of a tourist complex in Almaty under the name "ALMA-ATA ICHTC ("ALMA-ATA" International Cultural and Historical Tourist Complex) -Grandfather of Apples. This "ALMA-ATA " ICHTC project has a lot of know-how, inventions and scientific discoveries. More information about this project can be found at http://mkitk.kz/.
As you are aware, the tourism business is considered to be one of the most profitable and has an excellent payback in terms of profitability. According to preliminary calculations, "ALMA-ATA " ICHTC can generate profits from about 50 million to 1 billion US dollars per year (at the rate of 5 million tourists per year (10000-15000 people per day) x from $ 10 to $ 200 per tourist per day).
To do this, you are invited to invest in the project at the initial stage, in the amount of up to 300 million US dollars at the minimum interest, jointly with you in equal shares to the enterprise (JV).
Stage I - construction of "ALMA-ATA " ICHTC. The construction period is 2 -3 years. The beginning of construction will be in 2020, the completion of construction until 2023. Upon completion of the construction by us - participants of the joint venture, the audit of "ALMA ATA " ICHTC will be conducted.
Stage 2 - raising a loan from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) or other financial institutions on the security of the construction and commissioning of the "ALMA-ATA " ICITC in the amount of up to 10 billion US dollars for the construction of subsequent "ALMA-ATA " ICHTC facilities, such as: Disneyland of Central Asia, treatment and health centers with mineral waters, mud therapy and pant therapy, diagnostic centers, etc., “Kok Zhailau” ski complex, Adam and Eve complex, Winter and Summer palaces, etc. As well as the construction of other facilities by decision of the participants of the joint venture relevant for the development of modern tourism, recreation and accommodation. The construction period is 2-3 years. The beginning of the construction will be in 2023, the completion of construction until 2026. Upon completion of the construction, the participants of the joint venture again will conduct an audit of "ALMAATA " ICHTC, from the results of which the third stage will begin.
Stage 3 - raising a loan from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) or other financial institutions on the security of constructed and put into operation facilities in the amount of up to 100 billion US dollars, which participants can send for any useful and mutually beneficial purposes, the interest on which will be repaid from proceeds from "ALMA-ATA " ICHTC. All calculations, business plans, feasibility studies (FS), land acts and other necessary documents are available. We also have official letters in support of the above project with the provision of a state guarantee from both the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Akimat of Almaty.
