📸🦷 In celebration of National Children’s Dental Health Month this February, the 618th Medical Company (Dental Area Support) and DENTAC-K, led by MAJ David Flanders, Pediatric Dentist, provided dental screenings and education to students at Camp Humphreys elementary schools. The dedicated team from Carius Dental Clinic conducted an impressive 1,784 dental screenings for family members assigned to Camp Humphreys, ensuring our community’s children maintain healthy smiles. This week, the 618th Medical Company (DAS) conducted vital Triage and MEDEVAC training to sharpen their life-saving skills in dynamic environments. Partnering with 2CAB, DMZ Dust-Off and 568 MCGA, our Soldiers executed both hot load and cold load air MEDEVAC operations, as well as ground ambulance evacuations—ensuring they’re mission-ready for any scenario.

Under the leadership of MAJ Jankovich and SGT Patrick, our team trained to rapidly assess, stabilize, and transport casualties in high-pressure situations. This hands-on training reinforces our commitment to battlefield medicine and the Army’s mission to never leave a Soldier behind.

618th Medical Company (Dental Area Support) & DENTAC-Korea hosted the 2nd Quarter Commander’s Call and 2ID Museum Staff Ride at Camp Humphreys!

618 & DENTAC-K came together for our 2nd Quarter Commander’s Call, recognizing the dedication and outstanding achievements of our Soldiers and Civilians across the Korean Peninsula. Their hard work and commitment continue to drive mission success!

In addition to celebrating excellence, we conducted essential annual training on the Army Substance Abuse Program and Infection Control, reinforcing our commitment to readiness, resilience, and the well-being of our team.
