Update: COVID-19

Kindly be advised that NHLDC will reopen to the general public on May 5th 2020. The opening hours for the period of May 5th to May 8th are 8:30 am to 12 pm. Be further advised that as of May 11th 2020, the regular office hours of 8 am to 4 pm will be reinstated.

All customers are required to adhere to the following safety guidelines when visiting the office:
• Face masks must be worn prior to entry
• Sanitize hands upon entry (hand sanitizer will be provided)
• Practice social distancing (stand 6 feet apart)
