Good afternoon Comrades of Labour! Political Leader Hon. Dr Terrance Drew, our esteemed constituency representatives, delegates, comrades, distinguished guests, members of the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party both home and in the diaspora, Young people of Labour and Saint Kitts and Nevis.
On behalf of National Young Labour, we extend warm congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the 94th Annual Conference of the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party, celebrated under the inspiring theme: “Labour Strong: United in Purpose, Committed to Progress.”
For ninety-four years, the Labour movement has stood as a symbol of resilience, empowerment, social justice, and people-centered leadership in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. This remarkable milestone reflects the enduring strength of a Party built on the sacrifices, vision, and dedication of generations committed to national development and the advancement of all our people.
This year’s theme reminds us that our collective progress depends on unity of purpose, disciplined leadership, and an unwavering commitment to building a stronger and more prosperous nation for all. As the youth arm of the Party, Young Labour remains committed to supporting the ideals, principles, and future vision of the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party.
We recognize the importance of youth involvement in shaping the future of our Federation, and we reaffirm our dedication to service, engagement, innovation, and meaningful participation within the Labour movement. Together, we must continue empowering young people, strengthening communities, and advancing opportunities that improve the lives of all citizens.
As the Party continues to move forward with purpose and determination, Young Labour stands ready as always to contribute positively to the continued growth and success of the Labour movement and our beloved Federation.
