St. Kitts Integrity Commission The Integrity Commission (IC) was established by the Integrity in Public Life Act No. 18 of 2013 and became functional on the 11th day of July 2018.

The Integrity Commission (IC) serves to safeguard the public’s best interests by ensuring optimum levels of transparency, accountability, and integrity are maintained by those serving in public office and managing public systems in the people’s interests in St. Kitts and Nevis. The Commission will strive to reduce instances of corruption in St. Kitts and Nevis by upholding the tenets stipulated an

d imposed by the Integrity in Public Life Act No. 18 of 2013 and embarking on public education campaigns and other strategic activities.
