Only Pounlok Sour is the employee of the Government of The Khmer Empire: Heaven on Earth. EPC of all wives or/and children of Anant is/are automatically accepted as EPC of the citizens of The Khmer Empire: Heaven on Earth if he/she declares himself/herself to be or/and they declare themselves to be. All citizens of The Khmer Empire: Heaven on Earth are independent of one another.
