កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក សែម សួរបូណា មន្រ្តីសង្គមកិច្ចជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃអង្គការហ្វ្រីធូហ្សាញ បានចូលរួមពីវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលពីការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ គាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងចែករំលែកជំនាញ ចំណេះដឹង និងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង វិធីសាស្រ្តឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការប្រើប្រាស់គ្រឿងញៀន និងគ្រឿងស្រវឹងនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន១៤ នាក់។

On 28th April 2026, Mr. Sam Sourbona, Senior Social Worker of Free To Shine attended training about to strengthen collaboration, support one another, and share skills, knowledge, and practical approaches in responding to drug and alcohol use in Cambodia​ with 14 participants.

Strong child protection starts with strong local coordination. Representatives from provincial social services and 3PC Cambodia joined local authorities and civil society partners across Banteay Meanchey to strengthen collaboration and ensure children receive the protection they deserve.

Field visits like these help partners connect services, share information, and respond more effectively to risks facing children and families.

Because when local actors work together, communities become safer for every child.

[English text below:] កុមារគប្បីទទួលបានការការពារពីគ្រប់ទម្រង់នៃហិង្សា ដែលរួមបញ្ជូលទំាងការបំបែកកុមារពីគ្រួសារ។ យើងបានរៀបចំការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីអំពើហិង្សាលើកុមារ ដល់មន្រ្តីការិយាល័យសង្គមកិច្ចក្រុង ប្រធានភូមិ អ.ក.ន.ក សង្កាត់ និងភ្នាក់ងារសុវត្ថិភាពកុមារ សរុបសមាសភាពអ្នកចូលរួម២៤នាក់ នៅក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ខេត្តកណ្តាល។ គោលបំណងនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញរបស់អជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការអន្តរាគមន៍ និងរាយការលើករណីអំពើហិង្សា ការរំលោភបំពានលើកុមារប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ការចែករំលែក គាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក លើវិស័យកិច្ចការពារកុមារ។

Children deserve to grow up safe and supported within their families and communities.

In Takhmao City, Kandal Province, 3PC Cambodia brought together 24 local partners — including municipal officials, village chiefs, Sangkat Women’s Affairs Officers, and ChildSafe Movement Agents for a training on responding to violence against children.

The session strengthened practical skills for identifying, reporting, and responding to protection concerns, while also building stronger coordination between local authorities and community actors.

Because when local partners work together, children are safer. This is how 3PC Cambodia supports collaboration at the local level to strengthen child protection systems across the country.
