ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីអង្គការ ហ៊ែរអែដ (Hair Aid) យើងនឹងមានអ្នកជំនាញកាត់សក់ស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិជាច្រើនរូប មកបង្រៀនកាត់សក់ជូនអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នា ដើម្បីទទួលបានជំនាញពិតប្រាកដ និងអាចបង្កើតមុខរបរផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនបាន។

✨ Celebrating Our Team's Achievements ✨

At BLO, we believe in supporting one another to grow, thrive and make a difference - and lately, we've had several reasons to celebrate!

🏆 Our Outreach Worker recently won a pageant, using the platform to advocate for greater awareness and action against HIV-related stigma and discrimination. We are incredibly proud of her commitment to visibility, inclusion and community empowerment.

🎓 We are also celebrating our Finance Officer, who has successfully graduated. This achievement reflects his hard work, dedication and determination, and we are excited to see him continue to grow both personally and professionally.

As a team, we are grateful for every milestone that strengthens our organisation and our mission. Thank you to our staff, partners and community members for being part of this journey. Together, we continue to build a stronger, more inclusive future 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

🎉 Congratulations to our Outreach Worker, Rotha, on being crowned 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗿𝗼𝗸 𝗦𝗿𝗮𝗲! 👑

We are incredibly proud to celebrate this achievement and the positive example she continues to set in our community.

Throughout the competition, Rotha used her platform to advocate for greater understanding and an end to discrimination against people living with HIV. During one of the pageant's speech and question-and-answer segments, she spoke about the importance of respect, inclusion and challenging stigma - an issue that remains deeply important for many people in our communities.

At BLO, we are proud to see one of our team members using her voice to promote acceptance, equality and compassion. Please join us in congratulating Rotha on this well-deserved achievement. We wish her every success as Miss Srok Srae and look forward to seeing the positive impact she continues to make.

🌈 This past week, we were delighted to welcome two groups of youth from PEPY Empowering Youth to Beautiful Life Organisation, with around 60 young people visiting us across the week!

During their visits, participants learned more about our organisation, the services we provide and the diversity that exists within our communities. Together, we explored topics such as gender, sexuality, identity, inclusion and respect, and discussed the importance of creating spaces where everyone can feel safe, supported and free to be themselves. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

One of the things we enjoy most about these visits is seeing the curiosity, openness and thoughtful questions that young people bring to the conversation. Every year, these exchanges remind us that understanding, empathy and inclusion are built through learning, dialogue and connection.

We are grateful for our long-standing partnership with PEPY and their commitment to empowering young people through education and exposure to diverse perspectives. It is always a pleasure to welcome their students and youth to our space, and we look forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come.

Please note that our drop-in space, កន្លែងដែលអ្នកអាចជាខ្លួនឯង - A Place to be Yourself - APTBY, will be closed tomorrow (Sunday, 7th June 2026).

Our team will be attending the Grand Final of Miss Srok Srae Siem Reap 2026 (បវរកញ្ញាស្រុកស្រែ ខេត្តសៀមរាប) to support our wonderful Outreach Worker, Rotha, who is one of this year's finalists 👑 ✨

We are incredibly proud of Rotha and the confidence, visibility and representation she brings to our community 💜

The event is free to attend, and we would love to encourage our friends, supporters and community members to come along and cheer on all of the contestants.

We were pleased to join the 3PC Cambodia Directors Meeting in Phnom Penh​ last week!

The meeting brought together 3PC partners to share updates, strengthen collaboration and discuss key issues affecting children, young people, families and communities in Cambodia - including migration, drug-related issues, funding challenges, partnership opportunities and future training plans.

We were also grateful for the opportunity to briefly introduce BLO’s work and connect with other organisations committed to protecting and supporting vulnerable communities.

Thank you to Friends-International / 3PC Cambodia / 3PC International for hosting this important space for learning, exchange and partnership. We look forward to continuing to work together to strengthen support systems and create safer, more inclusive communities.
