២.កិច្ចពិភាក្សា និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលលើការរៀបចំទិវាការផ្សាភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងកសិអេកូឡូស៊ីរបស់កាស៊ីក ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រួមគ្នាជាមួយកម្មវិធីពិព័រណ៍ ឬវេទិកាកសិកម្មអភិរក្ស (CAFE26)។

Phnom Penh, 22 July 2026 The Cambodian Conservation Agriculture and Sustainable Intensification Consortium (CASIC) convened its First Steering Committee Meeting of 2026 at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), chair by H.E. Om Kimsir, Secretary of State of MAFF and Chair of the CASIC Steering Committee and was attended by H.E. Chan Saruth, Under Secretary of State of MAFF and Chair of the CASIC Executive Committee, together with distinguished members of the CASIC Steering Committee, Executive Committee, The core team members and the CASIC Secretariat. The meeting brought together a total of 26 participants, including 5 women.
The meeting was organized with the following key objectives:
Review and assess the progress made during the first semester in 2026 and approve the action plan for implementation in the second semester in 2026.
Discuss and gather inputs for the organization of the CASIC Connect Day 26, to be held alongside the Conservation Agriculture Forum and Exhibition (CAFE26).

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី៣០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សម្ព័ន្ធកសិកម្មអភិរក្ស និងប្រពលវប្បកម្មនិរន្តរភាពកម្ពុជា (CASIC) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាស្តីពីការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ The CASIC Connect Day 2026 ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌ វេទិកា និងពិព័រណ៍កសិកម្មកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ (The CAFÉ 26)។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ហូ ពុទ្ធា អគ្គនាយករងនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានក្សេត្រសាស្រ្ត និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារស្នូល CASIC ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិកក្រុមការងារស្នូល CASIC (The CASIC Core Team) តំណាងអង្គការ FAO និងក្រុមការងារលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន CASIC សរុបចំនួន ២០នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្ត្រី ៥នាក់។

ជាលទ្ធផល អង្គប្រជុំបានឯកភាពលើចំណុចសំខាន់ៗ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖
វេទិកា និងពិព័រណ៍កសិកម្មកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ (The CAFÉ 26) នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ និងទី២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ អង្គប្រជុំបានឯកភាពកំណត់យកថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ជាថ្ងៃរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ The CASIC Connect Day 2026។
អង្គការ FAO នឹងសម្របសម្រួលការរៀបចំទីតាំង ដោយអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យ CASIC ប្រើប្រាស់ Main Stage សម្រាប់រៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ ដែលមានសមត្ថភាពទទួលអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណជាង ២០០នាក់។
ចំពោះការជួលស្តង់ពិព័រណ៍ (Booths) តម្លៃជួលគឺ ៦០០ ដុល្លារអាមេរិកក្នុងមួយស្តង់។ ការរៀបចំ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងការជួលស្តង់ ត្រូវបានប្រគល់ជូនក្រុមហ៊ុន The One Event Planner ខណៈដែលអង្គការ FAO នឹងបន្តជួយសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយ CASIC តាមការចាំបាច់។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិភាក្សា និងពិនិត្យលើវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ ព្រមទាំងការគាំទ្រដល់ការរៀបចំការងារពិសោធន៍លើកទី៤ ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី ដើម្បីជំរុញការអនុវត្តកសិកម្មប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងបរិស្ថាននៅកម្ពុជា។
Phnom Penh: On the morning of Tuesday, 19 May 2026, the Cambodia Conservation Agriculture and Sustainable Intensification Consortium (CASIC) organized a meeting to discuss the progress of experimental activities on the implementation of agroecology at the Cambodian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI). The meeting was presided over by H.E. Om Kimsir, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Chair of the CASIC Steering Committee.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Chan Saruth, Chair of the CASIC Executive Committee; Mr. Ho Puthea, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Agriculture; technical working groups from CARDI; technical officers from the Department of Agricultural Land Resource and Fertilizer Management; and members of the CASIC Secretariat. A total of 12 participants attended the meeting, including one female participant.
The meeting aimed to discuss and review the progress of ongoing activities, as well as to provide support for the preparation and implementation of the fourth agroecology field experiment, with the objective of promoting sustainable and environmentally responsible agricultural development in Cambodia.

Phnom Penh: On Tuesday, 13 January 2026, the Cambodia Conservation Agriculture and Sustainable Intensification Consortium (CASIC) convened its Second Steering Committee Meeting and 25th Executive Board Meeting under the theme “Progress of Agroecology and Regenerative Agriculture in Cambodia, 2025.” The meeting was held at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and was chaired by H.E. Om Kimsean, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Chair of the CASIC Steering Committee.

The meeting was also attended by H.E. Yoeu Asikin, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Vice Chair of the CASIC Steering Committee, along with Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen who are members of the Steering Committee and Executive Committee, CASIC Secretariat, development partners, projects, organizations, Union of Agricultural Cooperatives from Battambang and Preah Vihear provinces, as well as representatives from Provincial Departments of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries from 11 target provinces that are CASIC members. A total of 47 participants attended the meeting, including 10 women.

The objectives of the meeting were to:
1. Review and assess CASIC’s implementation progress in 2025;
2. Discuss and endorse the action plan for 2026; and
3. Jointly discuss challenges and related solutions in implementation.

As a result of the meeting, the Steering Committee, Executive Committee, and all relevant stakeholders reached consensus on the following key points:
1. Endorsement of the 2025 achievements and the 2026 action plan;
2. Agreement to update the structure of CASIC’s three sub-committees by establishing a CASIC Core Team to support the implementation of key activities in 2026;
3. Agreement on the initiative to develop an Agroecology Electronic Dashboard in Cambodia (AE Dashboard in Cambodia) to enhance monitoring, evaluation, and information sharing.

១ ចែករំលែកមេរៀន បទពិសោធន៍ និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមទាក់ទងនឹងកសិកម្មអេកូឡូស៊ី និងកសិកម្មស្តារឡើងវិញ។
២ ពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីគោលការណ៍ណែនាំ និងគោលនយោបាយកសិអេកូឡូស៊ីសម្រាប់អាស៊ាន។

Lao PDR: From Monday, 24 to Thursday, 27 November 2025, the Cambodia Conservation Agriculture and Sustainable Intensification Consortium (CASIC) co-organized with the Lao Initiative on Agroecology for ASEAN (LICA) and the Department of Land Administration and Management (DLAM) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MAE) of the Lao PDR to organize an international conference, on the theme "Transitioning Towards Agroecology and Regenerative Agriculture: A Contribution to Food Systems Transformation", TARASA25.

The conference was held under prisided His Excellency Dr. Saynakhone Inthavong, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment; Her Excellency Benedicte Deschamps, Ambassador of France to the Lao PDR; His Excellency Mark Gallagher, Ambassador of the European Union to the Lao PDR; and His Excellency Yoeu Asikin, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia and Vice Chair of the Steering Committee of CASIC.

The event was attended by leaders and officials from the General Directorate of Agriculture, the CASIC team, the Royal University of Agriculture, Swisscontact, ALiSEA, and CIRAD in Cambodia. A Cambodian delegation of 17 participants (7 women) took part in this international conference.

The conference brought together representatives from research institutions, development partners, farmers, researchers, policymakers, youth leaders, civil servants, and the private sector, over 230 participants from 20 countries across the Asia–Pacific region, with the following key objectives:

1. To share lessons learned, experiences, and challenges related to agroecology and regenerative agriculture.
2. To strengthen understanding of agroecology guidelines and policies for ASEAN.
3. To review progress and explore opportunities for public–private partnerships and collaboration with development partners.
4. To identify collective approaches to enhance regional cooperation for transforming agriculture and food systems.
