នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិបានរៀបចំពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះ បណ្តាលស្តីពី «ជំនាញការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ» សម្រាប់មន្រ្តីរាជការនៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងក្រសួងផែនការ សរុបចំនួន២៥រូប។

កម្មវិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថាន ជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ និងមានការចូលរួមពីលោក យូ ទី នាយករងវិទ្យាស្ថានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងលោក ស្រី ដា អគ្គលេខាធិការរង នៃក្រសួងផែនការ ព្រមទំាងមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនំា និងមន្រ្តីវិទ្យាស្ថាន។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីបើក ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថាន បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការផ្តល់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជូនមន្រ្តីរាជការនៃក្រសួងស្ថាប័ននានារបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បានដើរតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការជំរុញ និងអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយការបរទេសឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពស្របតាម «យុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទីមួយ» របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា នីតិកាលទី៧នៃរដ្ឋសភា និងបានលើកទឹកចិត្តសិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ ឱ្យខិតខំយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ក្នុងការសិក្សា ដើម្បីទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញ និង បទពិសោធន៍ ដែលជាទុនដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់ការបំពេញការងារនាពេលអនាគត។

On the morning of 2 September 2026, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) held the opening ceremony of a training course on Diplomatic skills and international relations for 25 officials from Ministry of Economy and finance and Ministry of Planning.

The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, Director General of NIDIR, accompanied by Mr. Yu Ty, Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Mr. Srey Da, General Secretariat of Ministry of planning, along with NIDIR’s managers and officials.

In his remark, His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, Director General of NIDIR underscored that providing training to officials of relevant ministries and institutions of the Royal Government plays a vital role in advancing and effectively implementing Cambodian’s foreign policy which in line with Phase I of the Pentagonal Strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia under the 7th legislature of the National Assembly. He further encouraged the participants to study diligently in order to acquiring fresh knowledge, new skills and experiences that will serve as valuable assets in carrying out their future assignments.

On the morning of 1 September 2026, His Excellency Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State, representing His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the Opening Ceremony for the training course for 52 newly recruited officials, who have successfully passed the examination to serve as foreign service officers at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA-IC). The course was organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR).

In his remark, His Excellency the Secretary of State, congratulated the newly recruited officials and encouraged them to study diligently, pay close attention to the speakers, actively engage in class activities, adhere to NIDIR’s regulations as well as carry out their duties with dynamism, professionalism, and unwavering allegiance, along with a patriotic spirit toward the nation and its people.

On the afternoon of 28 August 2026, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), in cooperation with the Asia Foundation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, organized the closing ceremony of the Training Workshop on “Evidence-Based Policy Analysis and Diplomatic Research Writing” and presented certificates to 30 participants from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and relevant ministries and institutions. The closing ceremony was presided over by His Excellency CHEUY Vichet, President of NIDIR, and Ms. Meloney C. Lindberg, Country Representative of the Asia Foundation to the Kingdom of Cambodia.


Speaking at the closing ceremony, His Excellency the President of NIDIR highlighted the importance of strengthening public officials’ ability to critically assess information, transform information into sound analysis, practical policy options, and clear evidence-based advice to support informed and effective decision-making. His Excellency also encouraged participants to apply the knowledge and analytical tools gained from the workshop in their daily professional work, particularly in reports, briefings, talking points, policy notes, and analytical assessments, in support of Cambodia’s national interests and constructive engagement with the international community

On the morning of 24th August 2026, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC), and Ms. Meloney C. Lindberg, Country Representative of the Asia Foundation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over the opening ceremony of a training workshop on "Evidence-Based Policy Analysis and Diplomatic Research Writing” which is co-organized by NIDIR in cooperation with the Asia Foundation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the participation of 30 officials from MFAIC and some relevant ministries.

This training workshop aims to strengthen participants' practical skills in evaluating reliable information sources, analyzing the evolution of key events, and producing high-quality, evidence-based research documents, as well as to build their capacity to utilize evidence in formulating policy-related recommendations for leadership.

In the opening remarks, His Excellency Dr. the Secretary of State highlighted the growing importance of evidence-based policy analysis within an increasingly complex international context. His Excellency encouraged the participants to apply broad analytical thinking to regional and global events, focusing on the impacts and implications for Cambodia, potential future developments, and appropriate policy options. Participants should effectively apply the knowledge and skills gained from this training course to their work within their respective institutions.

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូតនិងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Sonexay Vannaxay ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាព នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យប្រជាមានិតឡាវ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា​ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត​ និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ។

On the morning of 6 August 2026, H.E. CHEUY Vichet, President of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), held a meeting with H.E. Sonexay Vannaxay, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at NIDIR.

The discussion focused on exchanging views on bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, as well as sharing experiences and training programs in diplomatic training. The two sides also discussed and explored the possibility of jointly organizing activities to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, as well as avenues for establishing institutional cooperation between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) and the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) of the Lao PDR, including through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutes in the future. At the conclusion of the meeting, H.E. CHEUY Vichet also accompanied H.E. Sonexay Vannaxay on a tour of NIDIR’s facilities, including Angkor Kitchen.

On the afternoon of 3 August 2026, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) held the Closing Ceremony for the training course on “Culinary Diplomacy” for 20 diplomats, spouses of the heads of Cambodian diplomatic missions, and cooking staffs.

The ceremony was presided over by Her Excellency PECH Puthisathbopeaneaky, Secretary of State, representing His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, accompanied by His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, Director General of NIDIR, along with NIDIR’s leaders and officials.

In her remarks, Her Excellency the Secretary of State underscored that the course was conducted in accordance with the high instruction and the forward-looking vision of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, aiming to engage actively and effectively in implementing the Royal Government of Cambodia’s economic diplomacy strategy while also promoting Khmer identity, history, culture, and tradition to the world through cooking and showcasing Khmer cuisines. In addition, Her Excellency the Secretary of State also delivered key remarks and guidance, underscoring the essential roles and responsibilities of diplomatic officials and the contribution of spouses of the heads of Cambodian diplomatic missions in advancing national interests and enhancing Cambodia’s standing on the international stage.

នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក ខៀវ រឹទ្ធិយ៉ា អនុប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ រួមជាមួយតំណាងនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយ ការទូតសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូនគណៈប្រតិភូទីម័រឡេស្តេ នៃកម្មវិឌី FUTURU LIDER BA ASEAN (FLBA) ចំនួន ១២ រូប ដែលមកបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅកម្ពុជា​ ពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

On the afternoon of 27 July 2026, Mr. Khieu Rithya, Vice President of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), together with representatives from the Department of Policy, Economic Diplomacy and Strategic Planning, Delivered a presentation to a 12-member delegation from Timor-Leste participating in the FUTURU LIDER BA ASEAN (FLBA) Program, who are on a study visit to Cambodia from 27 to 31 July 2026.

This visit aims to gain the experiences of Cambodia and to learn and hold an analysis of the host country for diplomatic and bilateral relations, economic diplomacy, and ASEAN Framework, human development, as well as identifying institutional strength and innovation in different sectors of the Kingdom of Cambodia that can benefit Timor-Leste.

ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ និង លោក ហុក សុភា អគ្គនាយករង នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ វិភាគ ព្យាករណ៍ និងព័ត៌មាន បានចូលរួមពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MOU) រវាងទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងស្ថាប័នស្រាវជ្រាវ និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនៅកម្ពុជា ស្តីពីការបង្កើត ‘សមាជិកបណ្តាញស្រាវជ្រាវកម្ពុជា’ នៅទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី។

អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះ មានគោលដៅប្រមូលកម្លាំងបញ្ញាញាណ ចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍របស់អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការស្រាវជ្រាវ ពិនិត្យ តាមដាន វាយតម្លៃគោលនយោបាយ ធ្វើការព្យារករណ៍ជាយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត សំដៅគាំទ្រការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ ចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ២០៥០ ការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការឆ្លើយតបនឹងបញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោក។

On the morning of 22nd July 2026, H.E. Cheuy Vichet, President of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations, and Mr. Hok Sophea, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Research, Analysis, Forecasting, and Information, singed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Office of the Council of Ministers and various research institutions and universities in Cambodia, for the establishment of the Cambodia Research Network.
This MOU aims to harness the intellectual resources, knowledge, and expertise of Cambodian researchers to enhance cooperation in research, policy review, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic foresight, with a view to supporting the implementation of the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I, Cambodia Vision 2050, socio-economic development, and effective responses to regional and global challenges.

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ បានរៀបចំពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ការទូតអាហារ» ជូនមន្ត្រីការទូត សហព័ទ្ធប្រធានបេសកកម្មការទូត និងបុគ្គលិកដំាស្ល ចំនួន២០រូប។

ពិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃី សុវណ្ណរតនា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ អមដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថាន ព្រមទំាងមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន ថ្នាក់ដឹកនំានិងមន្រ្តីវិទ្យាស្ថាន។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីបើក ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងស្របតាមអនុសាសន៍ដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លាប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យដ៏វែងឆ្ងាយរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ សំដៅពង្រឹងជំនាញគាំទ្រជូនដល់គ្រប់បុគ្គលពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលអាចជួយលើកស្ទួយកិត្យានុភាព វប្បធម៌ និងអារ្យធម៌កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសជួយផ្សព្វផ្សាយមុខម្ហូបខ្មែរនៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

On the morning of 20 July 2026, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) held the Opening Ceremony for the training course on “Culinary Diplomacy” for 20 diplomats, spouses of the heads of Cambodian diplomatic missions, and cooking staffs.

The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State, representing His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, accompanied by His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, Director General of NIDIR, representatives from the Ministry’s General Secretariat, NIDIR’s leaders and officials.
In his remarks, His Excellency the Secretary of State underscore that the course was conducted in accordance with the high instruction and the forward-looking vision of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, aiming to strengthen the supporting skills of all stakeholders who can highly promote Cambodian reputation, tradition and culture, especially Khmer cuisines to the world broadly and effectively.
