[ Celebrating the Academic Achievement of Two Cambodian Fellows]
The Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) is pleased to extend its sincere congratulations to two Cambodian health professionals who successfully graduated in August 2026 after completing their Master’s degree programs under the Dr. Lee Jong-wook Fellowship Program in the Republic of Korea.
The two graduates are:
1. Mr. Ouk Seila
• University: Soon Chun Hyang University
• Degree: Master’s Degree in Health Policy
• Institution: Battambang Provincial Health Department
2. Mr. Suy Kasan
• University: Korea University College of Medicine
• Degree: Master of Science in Nursing (MSc in Nursing)
• Institution: Sangker Operational District, Battambang Province
Their successful completion of postgraduate studies represents a significant milestone in their professional development and reflects their commitment to strengthening their expertise in the health sector.
Through the Dr. Lee Jong-wook Fellowship Program, KOFIH supports Cambodian health professionals in pursuing advanced education and gaining international academic and professional experience. The knowledge and skills acquired through the program are expected to contribute to improved healthcare services and the continued strengthening of Cambodia’s health system.
