(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាល្ងាចថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្និបាត និងពិព័រណ៍កោះពេជ្រ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងកម្មវិធីជំនួបបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា-ព្រីតថេន-សហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក (Cambodia-UK-U.S. Joint Networking Reception) ក្នុង "វេទិកាពាណិជ្ជកម្មឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា និងពិព័រណ៍អនឡាញ លើកទី៣"។ ពិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម Dominic Williams ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតព្រីតថេនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា លោក Andrew Leyva ទីប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកនយោបាយ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិកប្រចាំរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន ភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយស ធុរជន សហគ្រិន និងតំណាងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាច្រើនរូប។
ក្នុងមតិស្វាគមន៍ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្ដែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្ដៅចំពោះអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ និងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក និងស្ថានទូតព្រីតថេន ដែលតែងតែផ្ដល់កិច្ចសហការ និងភាពជាដៃគូយ៉ាងរឹងមាំជាមួយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការជួបជុំនេះឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្ដេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមក្នុងការជំរុញភាពជាដៃគូឱ្យឈានហួសពីកិច្ចសន្ទនា តាមរយៈការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិស័យធុរកិច្ច បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងទីផ្សារ។
លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងអំពីតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់នៃពាណិជ្ជកម្មឌីជីថល ក្នុងការតភ្ជាប់ផលិតករ និងសហគ្រាសកម្ពុជាជាមួយអ្នកបញ្ជាទិញ និងអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់នៅទូទាំងពិភពលោក កាត់បន្ថយថ្លៃដើមពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បង្កើនតម្លាភាព និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់ធុរកិច្ច។ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ពីកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងលើកកម្ពស់ការផ្ដល់សេវាសាធារណៈ តាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធបញ្ជរតែមួយជាតិ ការចុះបញ្ជីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេវាកម្មកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ថ្នាលទីផ្សារអេឡិចត្រូនិក CambodiaTrade ប្រព័ន្ធវិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់ដើមកំណើតទំនិញអេឡិចត្រូនិក និងប្រព័ន្ធលិខិតអនុញ្ញាតរៀបចំពិព័រណ៍អេឡិចត្រូនិកដែលនឹងដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការនាពេលខាងមុខ។
ក្នុងបរិបទដែលកម្ពុជាកំពុងត្រៀមខ្លួនចាកចេញពីឋានៈប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួចនៅខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៩ និងអាស៊ានកំពុងជំរុញកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងក្របខណ្ឌសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ ឱ្យប្រែក្លាយទំនាក់ទំនងទៅជាកិច្ចសហការ និងឱកាសធុរកិច្ចជាក់ស្ដែង។ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានអំពាវនាវដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនបច្ចេកវិទ្យា វិនិយោគិន ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងសហគ្រាសកម្ពុជា ឱ្យរួមគ្នាពង្រីកលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ចំណេះដឹង ហិរញ្ញប្បទាន និងទីផ្សារ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកកសាងសហគ្រាសកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ និងមានសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្ពស់។ ជាទីបញ្ចប់ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជូនពរឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ទទួលបានកិច្ចពិភាក្សាប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា បង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យ និងភាពជាដៃគូយូរអង្វែង ព្រមទាំងបានប្រកាសបើកជាផ្លូវការនូវកម្មវិធីជំនួបបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា-ព្រីតថេន-សហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក។

Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, Presides Over the Cambodia–UK–U.S. Joint Networking Reception at the 3rd Cambodia Digital Trade Forum and Online Expo..
(Phnom Penh): On the evening of Friday, 11 September 2026, at the Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, presided over the Cambodia–UK–U.S. Joint Networking Reception, held on the occasion of the 3rd Cambodia Digital Trade Forum and Online Expo. The reception was attended by His Excellency Dominic Williams, British Ambassador to Cambodia; Mr. Andrew Leyva, Political and Economic Counselor of the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh; senior officials; distinguished guests; business leaders; innovators; entrepreneurs; and representatives of development partners.
In her opening remarks, Her Excellency Minister warmly welcomed all participants and expressed her sincere appreciation to the Embassy of the United States and the British Embassy in Cambodia for their strong partnership with the Ministry of Commerce. She emphasized that the gathering reflected a shared commitment to advancing partnerships that go beyond dialogue by creating meaningful connections among government, business, technology, and markets.
Her Excellency Minister highlighted the important role of digital trade in connecting Cambodian producers and enterprises with buyers and consumers worldwide, reducing trade costs, enhancing transparency, and strengthening business competitiveness. She also underscored the Royal Government’s continued efforts to facilitate trade and improve public services through key digital platforms and systems, including the National Single Window, online business registration and intellectual property services, the CambodiaTrade e-Marketplace, the Cambodia FTA Portal, e-Certificates of Origin, and the forthcoming Electronic Expo Permit.
As Cambodia prepares for its graduation from Least Developed Country status in December 2029 and ASEAN advances the Digital Economy Framework Agreement, Her Excellency Minister encouraged all participants to transform connections into concrete collaborations and commercial opportunities. She called upon technology companies, investors, development partners, and Cambodian enterprises to work together in expanding access to technology, knowledge, financing, and markets, thereby contributing to stronger and more competitive Cambodian enterprises. She concluded by wishing all participants fruitful discussions, meaningful connections, and lasting partnerships, before officially declaring the Cambodia–UK–U.S. Joint Networking Reception open.
