នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ៥ រោច ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៩:០០ នាទីព្រឹក និយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម (ន.គ.ស.) នៃអាជ្ញាធរសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពី «ការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់សេចក្តីព្រាងលទ្ធផលបឋម នៃការវាយតម្លៃលើហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនៃការរាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងព័ត៌មានចីរភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍អភិវឌ្ឍន៍គណនេយ្យ (ADT)» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ូ ថារិន អគ្គនាយកនៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ឹម ចាន់គីរីរ័ត្ន ទីប្រឹក្សាថ្នាក់ជាតិនៃគម្រោងរបស់សន្និសីទ សហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍ (UNCTAD), លោកស្រី Elena Botvina មន្ត្រីកិច្ចការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃ UNCTAD, ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃ និយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម ព្រមទាំងតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន, និយ័តករ, សមាគម, គ្រឹះស្ថានឧត្តមសិក្សា, អង្គការអន្តរជាតិ, ក្រុមហ៊ុនសវនកម្ម និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត សរុបប្រមាណ ៥០ រូប។
សិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ផ្តល់យោបល់ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់លើ សេចក្តីព្រាងលទ្ធផលបឋមនៃការវាយតម្លៃ លើហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនៃការរាយការណ៍ព័ត៌មានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងចីរភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា និងសេចក្តីព្រាងអនុសាសន៍ដែលបានដាក់ចេញនៅក្នុងរបាយការណ៍ លើភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងសង្គតិភាពជាមួយផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងគោលនយោបាយជាតិដែលមានស្រាប់។
On Wednesday 2, September 2026, at 9:00 am, the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (NBFSA) organized a National Workshop on "Validating the Draft Findings of the Assessment of Cambodia's National Financial and Sustainability Reporting Infrastructure Using the Accounting Development Tool (ADT)" presided over by H.E. Bou Tharin, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator, with the participation of H.E. Sim Chan Kiriroth, National Technical Advisor of UNCTAD and Mrs. Elena Botvina, Economic Affairs Officer of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), management and technical officers of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator, including representatives from various line-ministries and institutions, regulators, higher education institutions, international organizations, audit firms and other relevant stakeholders approximately 50 participants.
This national workshop was conducted with the aim of reviewing, providing comments and validating the draft findings of the assessment of Cambodia's national financial and sustainability reporting infrastructure using the Accounting Development Tool (ADT), and the draft recommendations in the report for the comprehensiveness and consistency with the existing national strategic plans and policies.
