នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១ រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៩:០០ នាទីព្រឹក ដោយមានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពី ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ូ ថារិន អគ្គនាយកនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម (ន.គ.ស.), លោក ហេង សំណាង អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបច្ចេកទេស បានចូលរួម សិក្ខាសាលាបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី "ក្របខ័ណ្ឌចំណាយសាធារណៈនិងគណនេយ្យភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ (PEFA)" ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្ដម រស់ សីលវ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាអគ្គលេខាធិការ នៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការងារកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ ( អ.គ.ហ.) អមដោយ ឯកឧត្តម មាស សុខសេនសាន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាអគ្គលេខាធិការរង នៃ អ.គ.ហ., ឯកឧត្ដម អ៊ុ យុទ្ធី អគ្គលេខាធិការរង នៃ អ.គ.ហ., ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម Dominic Williams ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតចក្រភពអង់គ្លេសប្រចាំកម្ពុជា, លោកស្រី Tania Meyer ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងធនាគារពិភពលោកប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា, អ្នកស្រី Tegan Park លេខាទូតទី១ នៃស្ថានទូតប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី, និង លោក Srinivas Gurazada ប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន PEFA។
សិក្ខាសាលាបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅរយៈពេល ២ ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១-២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយទទួលបានការឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលី ក្រោមកម្មវិធីកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពជូនតំណាងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានក្រោមឱវាទក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន ចំនួន ៤៤ រូប ដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយតម្លៃសមិទ្ធកម្មចំណាយសាធារណៈ និងគណនេយ្យភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ នាឆ្នាំ២០២៧ ខាងមុខ។
On Monday morning, 1 June 2026, at 9:00 AM, with the high permission of H.E. Bou Tharin, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR), Mr. Heng Samnang, Deputy Director of the Technical Department, attended a Flagship Training Workshop on "Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA)", presided over by H.E. ROS Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee (GSC), accompanied by H.E. Meas Soksensan, Secretary of State and Deputy Secretary-General of the GSC, and H.E. Um Youthy, Deputy Secretary-General of the GSC, with the honored participation of Mr. Dominic Williams, British Ambassador to Cambodia, Ms. Tania Meyer, World Bank Country Manager for Cambodia, Ms. Tegan Park, First Secretary of the Australian Embassy, and Mr. Srinivas Gurazada, Head of the PEFA Secretariat.
This training workshop was conducted 2 days from 1-2 June 2026, with the support from the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of Australia under the Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP), with the objective of strengthening the capacity of approximately 44 representatives from the General Departments under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and relevant Line Ministries, in preparation for the upcoming 2027 Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) Performance Assessment.
