ក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលនៅកម្ពុជាក្នុងការរៀបចំកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងសម្រាប់ពន្ធលើប្រាក់ចំណូល និងរបៀបគ្រប់គ្រងថវិកាឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំវេទិកាសិក្សាស្តីអំពីការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុលើកទី ៣៧ លើប្រធានបទ “បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃអនុលោមភាព និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃ និយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម (ACAR)” នៅថ្ងៃទី ០៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ១៤៣ នាក់ (ស្ត្រី ១០១ នាក់) និង ៣៥ នាក់ អនឡាញ។

ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីសមាជិកនៃក្រុមការងារហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និង វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសមកពី រីចឆ៍ & ផាតនើរ) ក្នុងការរៀបចំវេទិកាសិក្សានេះ អ្នកចូលរួមបានយល់ដឹងអំពីបទប្បញ្ញត្តិ និងតម្រូវការដែលបានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព យល់ពីធាតុផ្សំសំខាន់ៗនៃរបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ និងបានរៀនពីរបៀបរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់ ACAR។

With the aim of enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations in Cambodia to better prepare for income tax and how to manage their budgets more effectively, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) organized the 37th Financial Management Study Forum on the theme “Update on Compliance and Related Regulations of the Accounting and Auditing Regulatory Authority (ACAR)” on 03 September 2026, with 143 participants in person (101 women) and 35 online.

With the support of members of the Finance Working Group and distinguished speakers from Reachs & Partners in organizing the 37th finance learning forum, participants learned about the updated regulations and requirements, understood the key elements of the annual report, and learned how to prepare the ACAR annual report.
