នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ស្មាន ម៉ាណាន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Badanam PATOKI រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការត្រួតពិនិត្យយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋតូហ្គោ នៅទីក្រុងឡូមេ ប្រទេសតូហ្គោ ក្នុងឱកាសនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ នៃកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ទ្វេភាគីរវាងក្រសួងការបរទេសនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់អំពីវិធីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងកម្ពុជា និងតូហ្គោ បន្ថែមទៀត។
ក្នុងជំនួប ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាអំពីឱកាសពង្រីកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការវិនិយោគទ្វេភាគី និងពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងស្ថាប័ន និងវិស័យឯកជន។ ឯកឧត្តម Badanam PATOKI បានបង្ហាញការគាំទ្រចំពោះសំណើបង្កើតឲ្យមានអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា រវាងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា និងតូហ្គោ ដោយភាគីទាំងពីរបានចាត់តាំងអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល ដើម្បីពិនិត្យគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះ។ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីលទ្ធភាពបង្កើតក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធុរកិច្ចរួម ការរៀបចំបេសកកម្មធុរកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការបង្កើនលទ្ធភាពចូលទីផ្សារសម្រាប់ផលិតផលកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសអង្ករ។ ឯកឧត្តម SMAN Manan ក៏បានអញ្ជើញភាគីតូហ្គោឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងភូមិហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូន និងហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូតិច ដែលនឹងរៀបចំនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងឱកាសកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលលើកទី២០ នៃអង្គការអន្តរជាតិហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី នៅខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
On the morning of 3 September 2026, H.E. SMAN Manan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, held a meeting with H.E. Badanam PATOKI, Minister of Economy and Strategic Monitoring of the Republic of Togo, in Lomé, Togo, on the sidelines of the First Round of Bilateral Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries, to exchange views on ways to further strengthen economic and trade cooperation between Cambodia and Togo.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed opportunities to expand bilateral trade and investment and strengthen institutional and private-sector linkages. H.E. Badanam PATOKI expressed support for the proposal to establish a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Chambers of Commerce of Cambodia and Togo, with focal points designated by both sides to follow up on the initiative. The two sides also discussed the possibility of establishing a Joint Business Council, organizing business and trade missions, and enhancing market access for Cambodian products, particularly rice. H.E. SMAN Manan also invited the Togolese side to participate in the Francophonie Village and FrancoTech, which will be held in Phnom Penh in conjunction with the 20th Summit of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) in November 2026.
