ក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ (ក.ប.ទ.) មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជនទាំងអស់ មេត្តាជ្រាបថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ “ថ្នាលគាំពារសង្គមឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា - Cambodia Digital Social Protection Platform” ឈ្នះមេដាយមាស នៅក្នុងពានរង្វាន់ឌីជីថលអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលរៀបចំនៅសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌកិច្ចប្រជុំរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីឌីជីថលអាស៊ានលើកទី៦ (The 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers’ Meeting – ADGMIN 2026) ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីឌីជីថលអាស៊ាន និងដៃគូអាស៊ាន ដែលរួមមានសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ចិន ជប៉ុន ឥណ្ឌា សហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក និងសហភាពទូរគមនាគមន៍អន្តជាតិ។
នៅក្នុងការប្រកួតប្រជែងពានរង្វាន់ឌីជីថលអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ ប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ានទាំង១១ បានសម្រិតសម្រាំងផលិតផល និងសេវាឌីជីថល (Digital Products and Services) ល្អៗ មកធ្វើការប្រកួតប្រជែង ដោយត្រូវបែងចែកជា ៦ផ្នែក រួមមាន ១) ដំណោះស្រាយឌីជីថលក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈ ២) ដំណោះស្រាយឌីជីថលក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាវិស័យឯកជន ៣) ដំណោះស្រាយសម្រាប់បរិយាបន្នឌីជីថល ៤) ដំណោះស្រាយសម្រាប់មាតិកាឌីជីថល ៥) ដំណោះស្រាយសម្រាប់ធុរកិច្ចថ្មីឌីជីថល និង ៦) ដំណោះស្រាយសម្រាប់នវានុវត្តន៍ឌីជីថល។ ក្រោយបានឆ្លងកាត់វគ្គជម្រុះជាច្រើនលើក ជាលទ្ធផល “ថ្នាលគាំពារសង្គមឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា” ដែលអភិវឌ្ឍដោយអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាតិគាំពារសង្គមនៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ទទួលបានជ័យលាភី មេដាយមាស លើដំណោះស្រាយឌីជីថលក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈ។
សូមជម្រាបជូនផងដែរថា ថ្នាលគាំពារសង្គមឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា ជាថ្នាលឌីជីថលសម្រាប់ចុះបញ្ជី និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់អត្តសញ្ញាណពលរដ្ឋគោលដៅ និងអ្នកទទួលផលក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម។
Congratulations to the “Cambodia Digital Social Protection Platform” for Winning the Gold Medal at the ASEAN Digital Awards 2026

The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) is honored to inform the general public that on January 15, 2026, the Cambodia Digital Social Protection Platform was awarded the Gold Medal at the ASEAN Digital Awards 2026, held in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under the framework of the 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers’ Meeting (ADGMIN 2026), which was attended by ASEAN Digital Ministers and ASEAN Dialogue Partners, including the Republic of Korea, China, Japan, India, the United States of America, and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
In the ASEAN Digital Awards 2026, all eleven ASEAN Member States shortlisted outstanding digital products and services to compete across six categories: (1) Public Sector Category; (2) Private Sector Category; (3) Digital Inclusivity Category; (4) Digital Content Category; (5) Digital Start-up Category; and (6) Digital Innovation Category. After successfully passing multiple evaluation rounds, the Cambodian Digital Social Protection Platform, developed by the General Secretariat of the National Social Protection Council under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, was awarded the Gold Medal in the Public Sector category.
It is worth noting that the Cambodia Digital Social Protection Platform serves as a digital system for registering and verifying the identities of targeted citizens and beneficiaries within the social protection system.
