Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors-KICPAA Be a recognized and trusted accountancy body in Cambodia.

The Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA or the Institute) is the only one independent and non-profit institution in Accounting and Auditing profession in Cambodia which was established by the 2002 Law on Corporate Accounts, Their Audits, and the Accounting Profession and subsequently the 2016 Law on Accounting and Auditing of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Institute has been established with a view to protect the public interest and the interest of the profession; to govern its members through professional capacity development; to enhance compliance with standards, professional codes of conduct, rules and regulations; and to develop and manage professional accounting education programmes.

Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) is pleased to announce to all students, members, staff, and civil servants that the ATQ Examination will be conducted starting from January 2026 for principal level (TQ1 to TQ4) and technical level (TQ5 to TQ8) at KICPAA office. The September exams will be conducted for the principal level (TQ1 to TQ4) and technical level (TQ5 to TQ8). The September exams will take place on 25-28-29-30 September 2026. The registration for the September exams is from the date of this announcement until 15 September 2026.

The workshop featured an insightful presentation by Mr. Neou Remy, CEO of NEOU Audit and Advisory Co., Ltd who provided insights into technical guidance with practical case studies and interactive discussions that support effective audit ex*****on.

During the session, participants gained knowledge on:

Introduction to Audit Practice Manual
Auditing standards and compliance requirements
Audit process (planning, ex*****on, completion, and reporting)
Documentation and working papers
Audit quality control and internal review
Practical case studies
Addressing practical challenges through an interactive Q&A session
The workshop attracted 46 participants, including KICPAA Members, audit staff, accounting and finance staff, internal auditors, professionals involved in financial audit, and other interested parties.
