The Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association celebrated their 4th Anniversary. This is an excellent example for a case study of how a business association in a low-middle income country can slowly become sustainable. Everybody has heard of Michele Pham who from her YouTube videos on how to do make up has become a millionaire, got a contract with l'Oreal to develop her own line of cosmetics and created a full range of business.
