អ្នកកាសែតបារាំង៖ សកម្មភាពរបស់យោធាថៃ អាចជាឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាម

អ្នកកាសែតបារាំងលេចធ្លោម្នាក់ មើលឃើញថា ទង្វើរបស់យោធាថៃមកលើភាគីកម្ពុជា អាចមានកម្រិតស្មើនឹងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាម ខណៈដែលលោកបានបង្ហាញក្ដីរន្ធត់ចំពោះរឿងរ៉ាវទាហានម្នាក់ដែលត្រូវបានទាហានបាញ់ស៊ីបថៃ បាញ់ប្រហារនៅក្រោយពេលបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមាន។
លោក Jean-Luc Moreau Deleris គឺជាអ្នកកាសែតនិងអ្នកថតរូបរបស់ទស្សនាវដ្ដីបារាំង Le Figaro ដែលបានចំណាយពេលជាច្រើនដើម្បីផ្ដិតយករូបថត និងធ្វើសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍អំពីជម្លោះព្រំដែន កម្ពុជាថៃ ហើយសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍របស់លោកត្រូវបានចុះផ្សាយនៅលើ Le Figaro កាលពីចុងខែសីហា។
បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ រូបថតជាច្រើនសន្លឹករបស់លោកកំពុងត្រូវបានដាក់តាំងបង្ហាញនៅក្នុងពិព័រណ៍មួយនៅប្រទេសបារាំង រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកញ្ញា។
នៅក្នុងវីដេអូមួយ លោកបានរៀបរាប់អំពីរូបថតដ៏រន្ធត់ ដែលលោកបានឃើញ។
លោកបានថ្លែងថា៖ «ខ្ញុំបានថតរូបយុវជនម្នាក់នេះ… គាត់គឺជាកងទ័ពវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជាម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ស្រា ទី (Sra Ti) នៅឯតំបន់ព្រំដែនភាគពាយព្យនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្បែរប្រទេសថៃ។ រូបថតនេះដក់ជាប់ក្នុងចិត្តខ្ញុំយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ព្រោះក្រោយពីបានធ្វើដំណើរតាមបណ្តោយខ្សែត្រៀមជួរមុខនៃជម្លោះរវាងថៃ និងកម្ពុជាអស់រយៈពេលជាច្រើនខែ ខ្ញុំបានដឹងថា មានការរំលោភបំពានមួយចំនួនដែលប្រព្រឹត្តដោយកងទ័ពថៃ ដែលសកម្មភាពទាំងនោះអាចជាឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាម»។
លោក Jean-Luc Moreau Deleris បន្តថា៖ «បន្ទាប់មក ខ្ញុំបានជួបនឹងករណីរបស់ ស្រា ទី។ ករណីរបស់គេគឺពិសេសណាស់។ គេមានអាយុ ២៤ ឆ្នាំ ជាកងទ័ពវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជា។ បទឈប់បាញ់លើកទី២ រវាងថៃ និងកម្ពុជា បានចូលជាធរមាននៅថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ វេលាម៉ោង ១២ ថ្ងៃត្រង់។ លុះដល់ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ២៩ ខែធ្នូ គេបានទូរស័ព្ទទៅម្តាយរបស់គេតាមទូរស័ព្ទដៃ ដើម្បីប្រាប់ថា ដោយសារសង្គ្រាមបានបញ្ចប់ គេនឹងទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យសម្រាកដើម្បីត្រឡប់ទៅផ្ទះវិញ»។
លោកបន្តថា៖ «តែប៉ុន្មាននាទីក្រោយពីបានទូរស័ព្ទទៅម្តាយ គេក៏ត្រូវរងគ្រាប់កាំភ្លើងចំក្បាលពេញទំហឹង។ ក្រោយពីបានសម្រាកព្យាបាលនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យយ៉ាងយូរ គេត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនត្រឡប់មកឱ្យគ្រួសារមើលថែវិញ។ ស្រា ទី បានបាត់បង់ផ្នែកខ្លះនៃខួរក្បាលរបស់គេ។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន គេស្ទើរតែលែងដឹងខ្លួន ហើយកំពុងរងទុក្ខវេទនាជាប្រចាំ។ គេបានក្លាយជាបន្ទុកសម្រាប់គ្រួសារ ដែលមានជីវភាពក្រីក្របំផុត»។
លោក Jean-Luc Moreau Deleris បន្តថា៖ «ក្រោយពីបានសិក្សាលើសំណុំរឿងរបស់គេ វាច្បាស់ណាស់ថា គេគឺជាជនរងគ្រោះនៃអ្វីដែលគេហៅថា «ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាម»។ គេត្រូវបានអ្នកលបបាញ់ ឬ Sniper របស់ថៃ បាញ់ប្រហារក្នុងរយៈពេល ២ ថ្ងៃ បន្ទាប់ពីបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមាន»៕
Thai military actions could constitute war crimes, warns French photojournalist
French photojournalist Jean-Luc Moreau Deleris believes that the shooting of Cambodian soldier Sra Ti, who was hit by a Thai sniper two days after the December 27, 2025, ceasefire, was a war crime. FB
A prominent French journalist has asserted that the actions of the Thai military against Cambodia may amount to war crimes, expressing horror over the story of a Cambodian soldier who was shot by a Thai sniper shortly after a ceasefire had officially taken effect.
Jean-Luc Moreau Deleris, a journalist and photographer for the French magazine Le Figaro, spent extensive time documenting and reporting on the Thai-Cambodian border conflict. His comprehensive reporting was published in late August.
A collection of his photographs is currently featured in an exhibition in France, which runs until September 13. In a video accompanying his work, Deleris recounts the harrowing story behind one particular image.
“I took this photo of this young man… a young Cambodian soldier named Sra Ti, [who was stationed] on the northwestern border of Cambodia near Thailand,” Deleris said.
“This photo is particularly close to my heart because after traveling along the front line of this conflict between Thailand and Cambodia for several months, I realised that abuses had been committed by the Thai army—abuses that could potentially be war crimes,” he added.
Deleris detailed the tragic case of Sra Ti, who was 24 years old at the time. He noted that the second ceasefire between Thailand and Cambodia took effect at noon on December 27, 2025.
On the morning of December 29, Sra Ti called his mother on his mobile phone to tell her that since the conflict had ended, he would soon be granted leave to return home.
“A few minutes after the phone call to his mother, he received a bullet right in the head,” Deleris said.
“After a long stay in the hospital, he was returned to his family. Sra Ti has lost part of his brain. He is barely conscious and in permanent pain. He is obviously a burden for his family, who are extremely poor,” he added.
After studying the soldier’s file, Deleris concluded that the incident was a clear violation of international law.
“It was absolutely evident that he was the victim of what is called a war crime. He was shot by a Thai sniper two days after the implementation of the ceasefire,” he shared.
