ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ ដល់ទី៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារនៃមូលនិធិកូរ៉េសម្រាប់ការថែទាំសុខភាពអន្តរជាតិ (KOFIH) បានមានបេសកកម្មត្រួតពិនិត្យតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាព និងសមិទ្ធផលការងារនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោង KOFIH ជាមួយទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ (ទ.ជ.ប.)។ បេសកកម្មនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន និងទទួលបានលទ្ធផលជាវិជ្ជមានជាច្រើន ដែលនឹងរួមចំណែកដល់ការរៀបចំផែនការ និងការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថលបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយរបស់ ទ.ជ.ប. ឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

From September 1 to 4, 2026, the team from the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) conducted a mission to review the progress and achievements of the KOFIH project implementation in collaboration with the National Payment Certification Agency (NPCA). The mission was carried out successfully and yielded a number of positive outcomes, which will contribute to future planning efforts and further strengthen NPCA’s Digital Payment Certification System to enhance its effectiveness and performance.

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ (ទ.ជ.ប.) បានចូលរួមសហការជាមួយនឹងមូលនិធិកូរ៉េសម្រាប់ការថែទាំសុខភាពអន្តរជាតិ (KOFIH) និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិសេអ៊ូល (SNU Health) ក្នុងការរៀបចំវេទិកាស្តីពីការគ្របដណ្តប់សុខភាពជាសកល និងការទិញជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ (UHC and Strategic Purchasing Forum 2026)។

វេទិកានេះបានផ្តល់ឱកាសសម្រាប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការពិភាក្សា ផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈ រួមទាំងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងចំណេះដឹងនានាស្តីពីការគ្របដណ្តប់សុខភាពជាសកល (UHC), ការទិញជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ, និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានសុខាភិបាល ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាល និងការគាំពារសុខភាពសង្គមនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ព្រមទាំងប្រកបដោយគុណភាព។

វេទិកានេះត្រូវបានចូលរួមដោយតំណាងស្ថាប័ន និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល, លេខាធិការដ្ឋានអនុគណៈកម្មាធិការទទួលបន្ទុកការគ្របដណ្តប់សុខភាពជាសកលនៅកម្ពុជា (លេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ស.ស), បេឡាជាតិសន្តិសុខសង្គម (ប.ស.ស.), អង្គការសុខភាពពិភពលោក (WHO), ធនាគារពិភពលោក (World Bank), មូលនិធិហិរញ្ញប្បទានសកល (GFF), GIZ កម្ពុជា, មូលនិធិកូរ៉េសម្រាប់ការថែទាំសុខភាពអន្តរជាតិ (KOFIH) និង SNU Health។

On 27 August 2026, the National Payment Certification Agency (NPCA) has jointly organized with the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) and Seoul National University Health (SNU Health) for "the UHC and Strategic Purchasing Forum 2026."

The forum provided an opportunity for relevant stakeholders to engage in discussions and exchange perspectives, experiences, and knowledge on Universal Health Coverage (UHC), strategic purchasing, and health financing. These discussions aimed to contribute to strengthening Cambodia’s health system and social health protection system, enhancing their effectiveness and ensuring quality.

The forum brought together representatives from key government institutions and development partners, including the Ministry of Health, UHC Secretariat, National Social Security Fund (NSSF), World Health Organization (WHO), World Bank, Global Financing Facility (GFF), GIZ Cambodia, Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH), and Seoul National University (SNU Health).

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយកទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ (ទ.ជ.ប.) បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្ដីពី «ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពលើការវិភាគទិន្នន័យ» ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែសីហា ដល់ទី១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះរៀបចំឡើងដោយមានកិច្ចសហការជាមួយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិសុខភាពសាធារណៈ។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះនឹងផ្ដល់នូវចំណេះដឹងសំខាន់ៗ និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រី-បុគ្គលិករបស់ ទ.ជ.ប. លើការប្រើប្រាស់វិធីសាស្រ្តស្ថិតិ ការគ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យ និងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវបែបវិធីសាស្ត្រចម្រុះ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការវិភាគទិន្នន័យក្នុងការរៀបចំគោលនយោបាយ ព្រមទាំងការព្យាករណ៍និន្នាការនាពេលអនាគត ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងភាពជាក់លាក់។

On the morning of August 24, 2026, the Director General of the National Payment Certification Agency (NPCA) delivered the opening remarks for the training course on “Data Analysis Capacity Building,” which is being held from August 24 to September 1, 2026. The training is organized in collaboration with the National Institute of Public Health (NIPH). The training course aims to provide key knowledge and strengthen the capacity of NPCA staffs in statistical methods, data management, and mixed-methods research to support data analysis in policy development, as well as to ensure effective and accurate forecasting of future trends.

ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ដល់ទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ (ទ.ជ.ប.) ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយកទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលរំលឹក ស្ដីពីការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិកកត់ត្រា និងគ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យអ្នកជំងឺ ជំនាន់ទី២ (PMRS 2.0) សម្រាប់កម្រិតមន្ទីរពេទ្យ នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះមានគោលបំណងរំលឹកឡើងវិញអំពីការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធ PMRS 2.0 និងនីតិវិធីនៃការស្នើសុំទូទាត់ចំណាយមកកាន់ប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថលបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយរបស់ ទ.ជ.ប. ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដំណើរការបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយថ្មីនៅពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។

វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ មានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាតិគាំពារសង្គម និយ័តករសន្តិសុខសង្គម បេឡាជាតិសន្តិសុខសង្គម ធនាគារពិភពលោក ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្នុងគម្រោង H-EQIP2 មូលនិធិកូរ៉េសម្រាប់ការថែទាំសុខភាពអន្តរជាតិ (KOFIH) ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងមន្ទីរពេទ្យគ្រប់កម្រិតនៅគ្រប់រាជធានី-ខេត្ត។

From August 4-6, 2026, the National Payment Certification Agency (NPCA), under the leadership of the Director General of NPCA, organized a refresher training workshop in Siem Reap on the use of the Patient Management and Registration System 2.0 (PMRS 2.0) for all hospital levels. The workshop aimed to refresh participants’ knowledge on the use of PMRS 2.0 and the procedures for submitting payment claims through NPCA’s Digital Payment Certification System, in preparation for the upcoming implementation of the new payment certification process.

The training was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Health, the National Social Protection Council, the Social Security Regulator, the National Social Security Fund, the World Bank, development partners under the H-EQIP2 Project, the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) Cambodia, and hospitals of all levels across the capital and all provinces.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកបណ្ឌិត រស់ ឈុនអៀង អគ្គនាយករង នៃទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ (ទ.ជ.ប.) បានដឹកនាំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្ដីពីការបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល និយ័តករសន្តិសុខសង្គម បេឡាជាតិសន្តិសុខសង្គម (ប.ស.ស.) និងភាគីផ្ដល់សេវាឯកជនទូទាំងប្រទេស ដែលបានចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងជាមួយ ប.ស.ស.។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីលក្ខខណ្ឌ បែបបទ នីតិវិធី និងការស្នើសុំទូទាត់ចំណាយតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថលបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ ព្រមទាំងត្រៀមលក្ខណៈសម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តការបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយលើសេវាវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រនៃរបបសន្តិសុខសង្គមផ្នែកថែទាំសុខភាព នាពេលខាងមុខ។

On July 13, 2026, Dr. Ros Chhun Eang, Deputy Director General of the National Payment Certification Agency (NPCA), led a dissemination workshop on Payment Certification in the Social Protection System. The workshop was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Health, the Social Security Regulator, the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and contracted private healthcare providers nationwide with NSSF.

The workshop disseminated information on the conditions, procedures, and payment claim submission process through NPCA’s Digital Payment Certification System, while also preparing stakeholders for the upcoming implementation of payment certification for medical services under the Social Security Scheme for Healthcare.

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ (ទ.ជ.ប.) បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលរំលឹក ស្ដីពីការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិចកត់ត្រា និងគ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យអ្នកជំងឺ ជំនាន់ទី២ (PMRS 2.0) សម្រាប់កម្រិតមណ្ឌលសុខភាព នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់លោកបណ្ឌិត រស់ ឈុនអៀង អគ្គនាយករង នៃទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិបញ្ជាក់ចំណាយ។

From June 23-25, 2026, the National Payment Certification Agency (NPCA) organized a refresher training on the use of the Patient Management and Registration System 2.0 (PMRS 2.0) for Health Centers in Siem Reap Province, led by Dr. Ros Chhun Eang, Deputy Director General of NPCA.

The training brought together representatives from the Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Departments, Operational District Offices, and Health Centers nationwide. It aimed to refresh participants’ knowledge on the use of PMRS 2.0 and the procedures for submitting payment claims through NPCA’s Digital Payment Certification System, contributing to the effective implementation of the system.
