If Thai troops entered Cambodian territory, destroyed homes, and placed barbed wire without Cambodia’s consent, that would indeed constitute:
1. A violation of the ceasefire — because it would be hostile action during a period in which both sides agreed to halt military aggression.
2. A breach of sovereignty — under international law, specifically Article 2(4) of the UN Charter, states are prohibited from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of another state.
3. An act of invasion or occupation — if troops physically remain and install barriers on the other country’s soil, it can be considered a form of military occupation.
ប្រសិនបើទាហានថៃចូលទៅក្នុងទឹកដីកម្ពុជា បំផ្លាញផ្ទះ និងដាក់ខ្សែរបារចំរោះ ដោយគ្មានការយល់ព្រមពីកម្ពុជា នោះវាអាចចាត់ទុកថា៖
1. ការរំលោភលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងផ្អាកបាញ់ — ពីព្រោះវាជាសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដែលភាគីទាំងពីរយល់ព្រមឈប់ប្រើកម្លាំងយោធា។
2. ការរំលោភលើអធិបតេយ្យភាព — តាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ជាពិសេសមាត្រា ២(៤) នៃសន្ធិសញ្ញាសហប្រជាជាតិ ប្រទេសត្រូវហាមឃាត់ការគំរាមកំហែង ឬប្រើកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងនឹងឯកភាពទឹកដី ឬឯករាជ្យនយោបាយរបស់ប្រទេសផ្សេងទៀត។
3. សកម្មភាពជាអំពើជ្រៀតចូល ឬកាន់កាប់ — ប្រសិនបើទាហានស្ថិតនៅលើដីប្រទេសផ្សេង និងដាក់ឧបសគ្គថេរ នោះអាចចាត់ទុកថាជាការកាន់កាប់យោធា។
