ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បង្ហាញសមិទ្ធផលក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា គិតត្រឹមឆមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយបានចុះធ្វើអធិការកិច្ច ២,៨០៧ អង្គភាព និងដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងបញ្ចប់ ១៨៨ ករណី ក្នុងឱកាសជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយគណៈកម្មការទី១ នៃរដ្ឋសភា
ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយគណៈកម្មការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ទទួលពាក្យបណ្តឹងនិងអង្កេត និងអធិការកិច្ច (គណៈកម្មការទី១) នៃរដ្ឋសភា ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម សរ ចំរុង ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការទី១ នៃរដ្ឋសភា អំពី “វឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងទិសដៅការងារអនុវត្តបន្តនៃវិស័យអធិការកិច្ច ស្របតាមកម្មវិធីនយោបាយនិងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា” ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាអនុប្រធាន និងសមាជិក សមាជិកា នៃគណៈកម្មការទី១ និងឯកឧត្តម ដែលជាតំណាងនៃគណៈកម្មការទាំង៩ នៃរដ្ឋសភា ព្រមទាំង ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ នៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅវិមានរដ្ឋសភា។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានរំលឹកនូវការគោរពដឹងគុណចំពោះសម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងជាអតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលបានដឹកនាំរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនាពេលកន្លងមក ក្នុងការអនុវត្តដោយជោគជ័យនូវយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តត្រីកោណ និងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តចតុកោណទាំងបួនដំណាក់កាល ដោយបានកសាងគ្រឹះយ៉ាងរឹងមាំ និងនាំមកនូវសុខសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគ្រប់វិស័យ ព្រមទាំងការបន្តដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយ និងប្រាកដនិយមរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវការគោរពអរគុណជូនចំពោះ សម្តេចមហារដ្ឋសភាធិការធិបតី ឃួន សុដារី ប្រធានរដ្ឋសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលតែងតែយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការងារនៃវិស័យអធិការកិច្ច។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនអង្គប្រជុំនូវវឌ្ឍនភាព និងសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា គិតត្រឹមឆមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តាមរយៈការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួង ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ជាក់ស្ដែង ក្រសួងសម្រេចបានការចុះធ្វើអធិការកិច្ចនៅតាមក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន និងអង្គភាពថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិសរុប ២.៨០៧ អង្គភាព (ណែនាំឱ្យកែលម្អ ១.២១៦ អង្គភាព), ទទួលពិនិត្យ និងដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងបានចំនួន ៤៣៥ បណ្តឹង (ដោះស្រាយបញ្ចប់ ១៨៨ បណ្តឹង), ចុះតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ លិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត និងអនុសាសន៍ផ្សេងៗរបស់ប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបាន ៣.៨៥៣ មុខសញ្ញា, ព្រមទាំងបានចុះអប់រំផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ចំនួន ៦០០ លើក (អ្នកចូលរួម ១៣៥.៦១១ អង្គ/នាក់), រៀបចំវេទិកាសាធារណៈ ៤០ លើក (អ្នកចូលរួម ៣០.៣៣២ អង្គ/នាក់) និងចុះស្ទង់មតិចំនួន ១៦៨ លើក។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់អំពីទិសដៅការងារ និងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ជាពិសេសការជំរុញបញ្ចប់ការរៀបចំឯកសារទស្សនាទាន ដើម្បីសម្រេចបានការរៀបចំ «សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីអធិការកិច្ច» ឱ្យបានឆាប់ក្នុងពេលខាងមុខ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ អង្គប្រជុំទាំងមូល ក៏បានជជែកពិភាក្សា ដោយបានផ្តល់មតិយោបល់យ៉ាងផុលផុស និងស៊ីជម្រៅទៅលើការងារសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រសួង ក៏ដូចជាវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចទាំងមូល ព្រមទាំងកិច្ចសហការរវាងអង្គការនីតិប្រតិបត្តិ និងនីតិបញ្ញត្តិឱ្យកាន់តែពេញលេញបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីចូលរួមពង្រឹងវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាការចូលរួមបម្រើនូវផលប្រយោជន៍របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។

Ministry of Inspection Highlights 7th Legislature Achievements as of First Semester of 2026—Conducting 2,807 Entity Inspections and Resolving 188 Complaints—During Meeting with National Assembly's 1st Commission
H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led a delegation from the Ministry of Inspection to attend a meeting with the Commission on Human Rights, Complaint Reception and Investigation, and Inspection (1st Commission) of the National Assembly, chaired by H.E. SAR Chamrong, Chairman of the 1st Commission, on the "Work Progress, Challenges, and Future Directions of the Inspection Sector in Line with the Political Platform and the Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly," with the participation of the Deputy Chairman and Members of the 1st Commission, representatives from all nine National Assembly Commissions, as well as the leaders of the Ministry of Inspection, at the National Assembly Palace.
At the outset, H.E. Minister expressed his profound gratitude to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate and former Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who led previous governments in successfully implementing the Triangular Strategy and all four phases of the Rectangular Strategy, building a solid foundation that brought peace, stability, and development across all sectors, while acknowledging the continued visionary and pragmatic leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Concurrently, H.E. Minister extended his respectful thanks to Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei KHUON Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, for her constant attention to the inspection sector.
On that occasion, H.E. Minister briefed the meeting on key progress and achievements in the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly as of the first semester of 2026, driven by the implementation of the ministry’s "S4P4 Strategy" in line with the Royal Government's Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I. Specifically, the ministry conducted inspections across 2,807 national and sub-national ministries, institutions, and units (providing corrective recommendations to 1,216 entities); reviewed and processed 435 complaints (successfully resolving 188 cases); monitored regulatory compliance, legal and regulatory instruments, and directives of the Head of the Royal Government across 3,853 targets; conducted 600 legal dissemination sessions (with 135,611 participants); organized 40 public forums (with 30,332 participants); and carried out 168 public opinion surveys. Furthermore, H.E. Minister outlined future directions and strategic initiatives—particularly expediting the finalization of the Concept Note to pave the way for drafting the "Draft Law on Inspection" at the earliest opportunity.
On that occasion, the meeting engaged in a dynamic and in-depth discussion, offering valuable insights on the core work of the ministry and the inspection sector as a whole, while emphasizing the need to further enhance cooperation between the executive and legislative branches to strengthen the inspection sector in Cambodia and better serve the interests of the people.
