We are pleased to announce that the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh and University of Management and Economics Kampong Cham have signed a renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to continue supporting and operating American Corner at UME Kampong Cham.
This renewed partnership reflects our shared commitment to expanding access to information about the United States, strengthening educational resources, promoting English language learning, and fostering cultural exchange and community engagement opportunities for Youth in Kampong Cham.
Through this collaboration, American Corner UME-KPC will continue serving as a dynamic space for learning, dialogue, leadership development, and academic enrichment.
The renewal ceremony was held on February 24, 2026, at American Corner, UME Kampong Cham.
យើងមានសេចក្តីរីករាយសោមនស្សជាខ្លាំង និងសូមប្រកាសថា ស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកប្រចាំរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ គ្រប់គ្រង និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចខេត្តកំពង់ចាម បានចុះហត្ថលេខាបន្តអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់ (MoU) ដើម្បីបន្តគាំទ្រ និងដំណើរការ American Corner នៅ UME កំពង់ចាម។
ការបន្តភាពជាដៃគូនេះ បង្ហាញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នា ក្នុងការពង្រីកការចូលប្រើព័ត៌មានអំពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ពង្រឹងធនធានអប់រំ លើកកម្ពស់ការសិក្សាភាសាអង់គ្លេស និងជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌ ព្រមទាំងឱកាសចូលរួមសហគមន៍ សម្រាប់យុវជននៅខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។
តាមរយៈកិច្ចសហការនេះ American Corner UME-KPC នឹងបន្តធ្វើជាទីកន្លែងសកម្មសម្រាប់ការសិក្សា ការពិភាក្សា ការអភិវឌ្ឍភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងការលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពអប់រំ។
ពិធីបន្តអនុស្សារណៈនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ នៅ American Corner, UME កំពង់ចាម។
